The stichopus japonicus sprout cultured by the method has high survival rate, fast growth rate, good stress resistance, and strong ability of resisting mechanical damage. The process is easy and convenient, and can be operated easily, effectively shortens the period of breeding the stichopus japonicus and saves the breeding cost.
