Currently there is no viable end to end integrated technology solution platform available to increase overall crop yield nor well established communication platform nor infrastructure for agriculture management, logistics, storage, distribution and delivery.
This patent is offering a global solution to this problem where it will provide a consolidated and integrated IoT (internet of things) system platform with AI (artificial intelligence) where data collection, monitoring, control and communication platform are all managed using a single platform.
The utility model relates to the technical field of wireless sensing, specifically an agricultural IoT (Internet of Things) monitoring device based on optical fiber sensing, wherein the device can monitor the temperature, humidity, vibration and other parameters of an agricultural cultivation base. The device is characterized in that the device is provided with a microcontroller, a parameter recorder and the parameter recorder is connected with the sensors. For example: soil temperature sensor and humidity sensors, a soil moisture sensor, a soil conductivity sensor, an air temperature and humidity transducer, a soil salinity sensor, etc.
The upper computer is connected with the parameter recorder and the air temperature and humidity transducer through a communication circuit and using WiFi mesh network, data is transferred to a remote laptop or smartphone. Data is stored in cloud for predictive data analysis with AI and real time data analysis which automatically or remotely trigger proactive & preventive actions, thereby increasing crop yield, reduce water consumption and food waste during storage and streamlined logistics of food distribution to the market.
User has the option to control how often data is generated and the relevant information. User can set automatic trigger to manage proactive and preventive action on the control system. User can also remotely access and manual set future action either via smart phone or tablet based on actionable output from predictive data analytics.

The invention discloses a method for the preparation and use of a slow-release iron-based biochar soil heavy metal passivator. The slow-release iron-based biochar soil heavy metal passivator of the present invention is prepared by an one-step method, wherein iron-based biochar, kaolin and a biological starch are mixed into a core material in a specific ratio; an acidic silica sol and a chitosan solution are prepared, under the effects of an alkaline catalyst and an emulsifier, as a chitosan and silica-sol composite material as a coating, and the iron-based biochar is coated with the alkaline coating material, with the core material and the coating material being controlled at a certain volume ratio. The passivator has a wide raw material source, a simple and convenient preparation process, easy industrialized production, and can passivate the heavy metal arsenic and cadmium efficiently and inhibit the absorption and accumulation of arsenic and cadmium. The passivator prepared by the present invention can last for 4 growing seasons and has a higher passivation efficiency and a longer action time than common iron-based biochar passivators. The passivator can be widely used in the control of arsenic and cadmium pollution farmland.

The present invention is related to a formulation based on (i) micronized natural calcite mineral (MC) of particles size from 500 nm to 5 μm, which contains variable amounts of calcite (CaCO3), dolomite [CaMg (CO3)2], ankerite [Ca (Mg, Fe, Mn, Zn) (CO3)2], and quartz (SiO2); (ii) micronized zeolite of particles size from 500 nm to 5 μm, of general formula (Mn+) x/n [(AlO2) x (SiO2) y].mH2O (MZ) wherein Me=Na, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn, Mn, Cu; whereas ratio of silicon to aluminum, y:x is between 1:1 to >10:1; whilst m is number of crystalline water molecules which can be from 0 to >20; and of (iii) one or more additives which, with components (i) and (ii), yiled in the final form of the formulation suitable for practical use: powder; wettable powder; concentrate for suspension; or granules; and/or which enhance basic biological actions of (i). The applications of the formulation result in the following effects: more effective stimulation of photosynthetic process in plants; more efficient stimulation of plant growth; enhanced viability of plants to stresses and diseases; improved absorption of nutrients from calcite mineral itself; improved absorption of nutrients applied through the soil; and especially, increased crop yields.
