The invention discloses a double-stranded
RNA-nano material composite carrier and application thereof in prevention and treatment of
soybean rust. A
fungus extracellular membrane protein PpAFF
gene of the
soybean rust pathogen is taken as a target, a transcript of the
fungus extracellular membrane protein PpAFF
gene is taken as a template to synthesize double-stranded
RNA, and the double-stranded
RNA is sprayed on the surfaces of soybean leaves, so that the PpAFF
gene of the
soybean rust pathogen can be silenced, and the symptom of the soybean
rust disease can be effectively relieved. The
base sequence of the gene is as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1. The synthesized nano material MNB can inhibit
germination of soybean
rust uredospores, stimulate immunoreactions of various plants such as soybeans, wheat, rice and
hot peppers, and improve the resistance of crops to
pathogenic bacteria. The prevention and control method of spraying the MNB-dsPpAFF compound on the
plant surface is green and safe, the prevention and
control effect is remarkable, and a very potential solution is provided for prevention and control of important
crop fungal diseases such as soybean
rust and rice blast.
