welding system, and relates to the technical field of
power battery manufacturing equipment. The
system comprises a conveying unit, a
welding unit, a detecting unit, a marking unit and a
control system, wherein the conveying unit adopts a multi-runner plate
chain structure to realize vertical conveying and caching of edge beams; the
welding unit is provided with double workbenches and a double-
fiber laser system, and efficient and accurate welding of the square battery edge beam is achieved in combination with a CCD
visual positioning and follow-up mechanism. According to the manufacturing method of the high-strength steel battery tray frame, through multi-pass rolling incremental forming, one-time deformation is reduced, and stress deformation is effectively controlled. The full-
servo control of the rolling line ensures the accurate control of each pass, and the forming precision is further improved. The
laser welding bead process can uniformly distribute welding heat input and reduce local thermal
stress concentration, so that stress deformation of
assembly tailor welding is reduced, and deformation after welding can be further corrected by combining a shaping and straightening process.
