Beam shaping device with improved performance

Liquid crystal (LC) beam control devices utilize dispersion-shaping (DS) half-wave plates (HWPs) with specific physical properties to allow broadened beams to maintain significantly better color cohesion. Active light beam system for all types of vehicles

The active light beam system is designed to improve the visibility of multi-lane vehicles. On highways, main roads, and rural roads, the active light beam system is automatically activated in conjunction with the hazard warning lights when traffic jams are expected. Simultaneously, the relatively large, two-part mirrors, particularly on multi-lane vehicles over 3.5 tons, are integrated to provide an immediate, intermittent yellow warning to the rear, while still allowing for continued rearward visibility. The third brake light, mounted on top of the vehicle, also features a pivoting light beam module with a vertical beam that can move up and down. This entire unit, preferably consisting of yellow warning lights, can provide even clearer warnings to following traffic and will significantly reduce the number of horrific rear-end collisions involving trucks. The 1.5 m long horizontal light beams also allow for better estimation of distances when forming an emergency lane. The warning colors of the vertical and horizontal light beams may vary depending on the country. Upon introduction of this new system, the unwarranted use of hazard warning lights (such as during loading and unloading operations, double parking, etc.) should be subject to stricter penalties. High fines and 1-2 points on the driver's record should be mandatory to increase awareness of the warning system's use and ensure it is only used in emergencies. The active light beam system can also be used on watercraft, with significantly more compact and preferably four rotating light beam modules integrated or mounted laterally at the front and rear of the hull.Up top, oscillating light beam modules can be used at the front and rear, producing customized and color-coded vertical beams of light that achieve optimal range. For ships without radar support, these modules visually widen the beam, effectively preventing collisions in poor visibility. Additionally, they can optimize visibility for rescue vessels in emergencies. For aircraft, rotating light beam modules are installed on both sides of the leading and trailing wing sections, generating horizontal beams the length of the wings. At the rear of the tail, an oscillating light beam module with a battery unit is integrated, producing vertical beams of light capable of covering an angle of more than 180 degrees. These systems can be used on airfields, during takeoffs and landings, or in flight to enhance visibility, for example.to increase in case of instrument failure.
