layers are electrically connected with the feed circuits in the corresponding sub-cavities in the receding grooves. And each
signal conducting layer comprises a combining conducting section, so that the filter circuits connected with the phase shift circuits in the plurality of sub-cavities are electrically connected with the corresponding combining conducting sections respectively. Therefore, the number of parts and
welding spots is reduced, and the production efficiency can be improved.
