noise reduction method and
system for an element
distribution diagram and a related device, and relates to the field of
image processing, and the method comprises the steps: carrying out the
surface scanning of a to-be-detected sample through an X-
ray energy dispersive spectrometer, obtaining the image data of the element
distribution diagram of the to-be-detected sample, and obtaining the image data of the element
distribution diagram of the to-be-detected sample, including the X-
ray energy spectrum of each pixel point; the similarity between the pixel points is determined based on the X-
ray energy spectrum of each pixel point and a preset component number, each pixel point in the image data is classified according to the similarity, a plurality of component distribution diagrams are obtained, and each component corresponds to one category of the pixel point; and in response to a selection operation of a user, determining at least one
active ingredient distribution diagram from the plurality of ingredient distribution diagrams, and regenerating the element distribution diagram based on the at least one
active ingredient distribution diagram. According to the invention,
decomposition and
price reduction are carried out on the element distribution diagram, distinguishing and screening of effective components and
noise components in the element distribution diagram are realized, and the element distribution diagram is regenerated to realize
noise reduction of the element distribution diagram.
