The present invention discloses a
bus refueling and
natural gas filling management method. A refueling and
natural gas filling management platform is arranged as a backstage management module, a refueling and
natural gas filling management device is arranged as a front end management module, the backstage management module and the front end management module are connected through a GPRS network to form a
management system, and there are provided with refuelling cards or a plurality of independent recorded refuelling cards. Data is uploaded to the refueling and natural gas filling management platform by an industrial control
machine through a
network module, and then a trade detail report is formed. Consumption records are combined to produce one refueling
record, the data is then stored into a local Mysql
database cashing, and after the data is uploaded to the industrial control
machine, the industrial control
machine further examines trade details of the refueling and natural gas filling management platform, and thus the accuracy of the trade details is examined. With adoption of the management method provided by the present invention, disorder in current refueling and natural gas filling fee deduction can be standardized, and
delicacy management of
bus fuel expenses is realized. The problem, that records cannot be directly formed at the moment of fee deduction by a filling
station system, caused by absence of direct access to the filling
station system is solved, and flow paths are utilized to standardize behaviors of drivers and filling
station staff, thereby enabling the
system to normally operate.
