monitoring system for the equivalent age of concrete. The
system comprises a
data processing module, an intelligent power supply module, a temperature collectionmodule, a DTU communication module, a
cloud server and a computer or a
mobile phone terminal, wherein the intelligent power supply module is used for supplying power to the
data processing module, the temperature collection module and the DTU communication module are connected with the
data processing module, and the computer or the
mobile phone terminal is used for inquiring and managing the temperature data stored in the cloud terminal. Compared with the prior art, the intelligent
monitoring system has the advantages that the functions of all-weather collection of the equivalent age data ofthe concrete, the data
trend analysis, the intelligent calculation, the remote rapid query, the pre-warning notification and the like are realized, the temperature variation of the maintenance environment of
solid concrete can be objectively and truly reflected by the
monitoring data, the calculation of an equivalent age value is relatively accurate, the
system meets the standard requirements onthe inspection work of the equivalent age of the concrete in the construction process, the accuracy of the strength value of the concrete maintained by a structural
solid inspection under the same conditions is powerfully guaranteed, the construction efficiency is improved, and the fine
management level of a construction enterprise is increased.
