The method comprises the following steps of periodically acquiring power grid model data from a Scada system to identify each metering point; periodically acquiring configuration information and electric energy data ofthe metering point from an electric energy acquisition system; fusing the power grid model data and the electric energy data so that the data of each metering point is maintained to be consistent; building a balancing model; substituting the data of each metering point to the balancing model, and calculating unbalance rate; and generating warning record for a balancing point with balancing rate exceeding a threshold.
