circuit breaker based on an
electromagnet, and relates to the field of
intelligent control, and the method comprises the steps: monitoring a
line current in real time, comparing the
line current with a preset threshold value, and carrying out the opening after the
overcurrent abnormality is detected. Entering a first time
delay stage after opening, comprehensively evaluating the states of the
circuit breaker and the circuit, and constructing a dynamic weight
index system to calculate an evaluation
score; if the
score exceeds a threshold value, closing is carried out after time
delay is finished, otherwise, an alarm is triggered. And entering a second
delay stage after switching on, continuously monitoring the electric parameters and establishing an anomaly judgment mechanism, forming a closed-loop protection process of monitoring, switching off, evaluating, switching on and re-monitoring, and realizing intelligent linkage of
overcurrent protection and state self-adaption. The method has the advantages that through real-
time line electric parameter monitoring, multi-dimensional state evaluation and an
intelligent decision-making mechanism, precise opening and closing of the
circuit breaker are achieved, the power supply reliability is improved, the power failure time is shortened, and the misoperation risk is reduced.
