nanosecond-level time base, the lagging characteristics are extracted, the causal playback and
energy coupling model is constructed, threshold double-track generation and
time sequence correction are achieved, lagging energy is dissipated in combination with a phase conjugate instruction, the regulation and control precision and stability of a
circuit breaker are improved, and the safety and the intelligent level of a power distribution network are enhanced.
