The application discloses a
sintering waste heat recovery and blast cooling
group control method and device, which comprises a
waste heat boiler, a circular cooler and a
waste heat boiler circulating fan.The waste heat boiler is used for recovering waste heat from hot
waste gas of the circular cooler; the circular cooler is used for cooling sintered ore and is provided with a lower air box at the bottom, a charging trolley at the middle and an upper
smoke hood at the top; the waste heat boiler circulating fan is used for sucking the
sintering cooling hot
waste gas into the waste heat boiler and sending the hot
waste gas after heat exchange in the waste heat boiler back to the lower air box at the bottom of the circular cooler to form a hot air circulation; and the cooling fan is arranged in multiple numbers along the circumference of the circular cooler and is connected with the lower air box at the bottom of the circular cooler, so as to blow external air into the lower air box at the bottom of the circular cooler and cool the sintered ore in the
sintering trolley.The application provides reliable
control parameters for the
group control of the cooling fan by using the hot
air temperature measurement technology of the circular cooler, provides conditions for the
variable air volume adjustment operation by using the cross combination of the
power frequency and variable frequency fan control, and realizes the cooperation of the
group control of the circular cooler cooling fan, the
variable air volume adjustment operation and the waste heat
recovery, so as to improve the waste heat
recovery efficiency and reduce the
electric power consumption of the circular cooler blast operation.
