The invention provides a physical layer baseband signal processing algorithm packaging device and method based on a base station resource pool. The device is provided with a resource consumption estimation module, an algorithm packaging module and a resource occupancy statistic module. First, a base station physical layer signal processing process is divided into multilevel operating steps on the basis of functional levels, a compute-intensive operation algorithm is particularly split into a plurality of subalgorithms, as a result, parallel processing can be realized, and time delay can be reduced; then, according to processing operation after division, a multi-granularity packaging scheme set is determined, a simulation test is conducted, and statistics is conducted on resource consumption conditions of all schemes to provide reference for a follow-up real-time packaging algorithm; when data to be processed arrive, the maximum resource consumption amount, the minimum resource consumption amount and the holding time of data processing are estimated according to the data size and real-time performance requirements; finally, according to a resource consumption estimation and real-time occupancy conditions of system resources, an appropriate algorithm packaging scheme is selected to be processed in intensive hardware resources. The multi-granularity telescopic packaging device and method based on the base station resource pool adapt to the tidal effect of data processing and balance loads of the hardware resources.
