This invention discloses an intelligent isolation fast
circuit breaker, belonging to the technical field of high-
voltage switchgear. The
circuit breaker includes a horizontal sealed
gas chamber, a drive coil module, and a pluggable integrated
control power supply compartment. The
gas chamber is divided into an arc-extinguishing chamber, a permanent
magnet mechanism chamber, and a sensor chamber. The moving contact shaft of the
vacuum arc-extinguishing chamber is rigidly connected to the output shaft of the permanent
magnet mechanism via an insulated
coupling. The drive coil module is sleeved outside the
gas chamber and drives the internal
permanent magnet rotor to rotate through magnetic
coupling in a non-contact manner, thereby causing the contacts to open and close. This completely eliminates the dynamic sealing points penetrating the gas chamber, greatly improving the long-term reliability of
gas insulation. The integrated
control power supply compartment adopts a modular pluggable design, integrating protection, communication,
hybrid energy harvesting, and drive circuits. It can be quickly replaced in case of failure, greatly shortening maintenance time. This invention combines the advantages of high reliability, fast action, low maintenance cost, and intelligent monitoring, and is suitable for the protection and control of overhead lines in power
distribution networks.
