atmosphere. The application rearranges the air inlet and outlet channels, only has a slight
impact on the workpiece once when performing the clamping action, presents a stable clamping phenomenon, and has small vibration; meanwhile, the clamping force is rapidly increased from small; when performing the
opening action, a stable opening phenomenon is presented, vibration and
noise can be reduced.
