The invention discloses a coal-fired flue gas PM2.5/SO3/Hg combined removing method based on desulfurization wastewater evaporation treatment. According to the method, a chemical agglomerating agent composed of a polymer binder and a wetting agent is added into desulfurization wastewater; then the wastewater is sprayed into a flue, the thermal energy contained by flue gas can completely evaporate desulfurization wastewater before wastewater enters an electric deduster, during the evaporation process, the chemical agglomerating agent connects multiple PM2.5 or PM2.5 with crude dusts, PM2.5 is agglomerated and enlarged; chlorine-containing solid products precipitated during the desulfurization wastewater evaporation process and chlorides attached on the fly ash can promote the conversion of single-substance mercury to mercury in an oxide state or particle state; and at the same time, when the flue gas temperature is cooled to a range between the acid dew point and water dew point, the SO3 is condensed and absorbed on the dust surface. The enlarged particles, mercury in a particle state, and SO3 will enter an electric deduster along with the flue gas, then particles, mercury, and SO3 are eliminated in the electric deduster, and the mercury in an oxide state is eliminated by a desulfuration tower. The provided method can efficiently remove PM2.5, SO3, and Hg and is capable of achieving zero-discharge of desulfurization wastewater.

The catalyst comprises an active component, a co-catalyst, and a carrier; wherein the active component is a combination of one or more elements of platinum group precious metals, the active component (calculated by single substance of precious metals) accounts for 0.01 to 5% of the total mass of the monolithic catalyst, and Pd (calculated by single substance) accounts for 50 to 100% of the total mass of the precious metals. Furthermore, the provided monolithic catalyst can be produced through a simple impregnation method, the preparation method is simple, the preparation process is easy to control, and the prepared monolithic catalyst has a high catalytic activity and selectivity in the hydrogenation reactions of 2-pentylanthraquninone. The provided monolithic catalyst integrates the advantages of conventional slurry bed reactor and trickle bed reactor together and discards the disadvantages of conventional slurry bed reactor and trickle bed reactor, so the efficiency of selective hydrogenation of 2-pentylanthraquinone is improved.

The invention provides a nano-gold catalyst supported on combined metal oxide, a preparation method and an application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing layered double hydroxides (LDH) precursor crystal nucleus and dispersing the LDH precursor crystal nucleus into sucrose solution; then adding chloroauric acid solution in the obtained mixture so as to reduce Au3+ in HAuCl4 to Au single substances by using the reduction of glucose and fructose produced by sucrose hydrolysis; in the process of reduction, crystallizing the LDHs so as to obtain solid LDH supported on nano-gold; and carrying out high-temperature roasting on the solid LDH supported on the nano-gold so as to obtain the nano-gold catalyst supported on the combined metal oxide. The combined oxide of the catalyst is taken as a carrier on which the nanosize gold particles is supported, wherein the combined oxide refers to MgO or compound of ZnO and Al2O3, and the mole ratio of the MgO to the compound of ZnO and Al2O3 is 2-6:1; the gold capacity is 0.5 to 3 percent, the size of the gold particle is 8 to 15nm, and the gold particle is ellipsoidal or polyhedral. When the catalyst is used in the catalytic hydrogenation reaction of unsaturated aldehydes, the conversion rate of reactants reaches 60 to 97 percent, and the selectivity of cinnamyl alcohol is 40 to 75 percent.

The invention relates to a method for decomposing a thermosetting epoxy resin or a composite material thereof by high-temperature water phases, which belongs to the technical field of regenerative utilization of waste resin materials or treatment of industrial wastes. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: putting certain amount of thermosetting epoxy resin sheets or granules, and deionization and catalyst heteropolyacid into a high-temperature high-pressure stainless steel reaction kettle; heating the reaction kettle to raise the temperature to a temperature of 250 and 370 DEG C for 30 to 120 hours; and decomposing the water diversion phase so that the decomposed product becomes an oligomer or a single substance which cannot be dissolved in liquid phase and is easy to separate. The method mainly adopts heteropoly acid, phosphotungstic acid, tungstosilicic acid, or molybdenum phosphoric acid as a catalyst, the addition of the catalyst is 0.1 to 3.0 percent of that of deionized water, and a higher decomposition rate of the epoxy resin can be obtained finally. The method does not need to use an organic solvent as a decomposing liquid, but uses water as the decomposing liquid, thus the method has low cost and is pollution-free to the environment; and the method can achieve the aims of waste regeneration and utilization as well as environmental protection.

According to the treatment method of the zinc-containing and iron-containing waste acid, heavy metal ions are replaced to single substances, and after solid impurities in the reducing liquid are filtered to remove, the concentrated sulfuric acid is added. The mixture is evaporated, concentrated and filtered to obtain the crystal mixture with solids of FeSO4.H2O and ZnSO4.H2O. The crystal mixture can be used as a mineral additive for feed. According to the treatment method of the zinc-containing and iron-containing waste acid, the recovery rates of zinc and iron are higher, and the product has broad market prospect.
