An electric repulsion mechanism of the miniature circuit breaker current limiter comprises a static contact and a moving contact which have opposite current direction, are parallel to each other and contact mutually. The separation and reunion of the static contact and the moving contact are controlled by an operating system comprising a toggle type connection rod lock catch of an energy storage device, the moving contact is electrically connected with the current coil of a hydraulic electromagnetic release, the operating system and the hydraulic electromagnetic release share the toggle type connection rod lock catch, and the hydraulic electromagnetic release pushes the toggle type connection rod lock catch to unlock to make the circuit breaker break. Preferentially, the static contact is provided with a magnetic iron sheet and an arc guide plate; the moving contact is provided with an arc angle, the toggle type connection rod lock catch comprises a tripper, a lock catch, a connection plate, a support piece and a pull rod, or the toggle type connection rod lock catch comprises a connection rod, a toggle, a mandril, a support piece and a pull rod, and the hydraulic electromagnetic release comprises a support, a pole shoe, an armature and an oil damper. The miniature circuit breaker current limiter has the advantages of unique design, simple structure, rapid action, strong circuit breaking capacity, good stability, safety and energy saving, thereby being suitable for large-scale popularization and application.
