The method comprises the following key steps: preparing an aggregate sample coated with an asphalt oil film; measuring the water vapor diffusion coefficient of the test piece sheet by using the detection device through a first formula; respectively measuring the thicknesses of the first asphalt oil film layer, the aggregate layer and the second asphalt oil film layer; and determining the penetration type water vapor diffusion coefficient of the asphalt oil film layer through a second formula.
