The organic fertilizer and the slow release fertilizer are blended evenly in a stirring mill by a certain proportion, and then shaped into circular or columnar pellets by a pelleter. The pore material and the frame material are smashed successively, and all materials are blended evenly into the stirring mill according to allocated proportion, and then loaded into a mold and aired or dried after the compression of a breeding hole device on the breeding holes. The invention has the advantages of reasonable design, easy operation, widespread selection of raw materials, and low cost. The ecology brick of the invention can not only solidify slope protection, but meet the growth of plants.
