system. A CORS (Continuously Operating Reference Stations)
positioning system is utilized for positioning an area to be constructed accurately, and
underground pipeline information is browsed and checked through a mobile terminal, so that two-dimensional and three-dimensional multi-scale checking is achieved, and multiple underground
pipe network analysis functions such as buffer analysis, three-dimensional excavation analysis, cross
section analysis and vertical
section analysis are achieved to assist in mastering the information about distribution,
embedment and the like of underground pipelines; and meanwhile, the mobile terminal can be in communication with an
underground pipeline information management terminal, the underground pipeline information is checked and preliminary construction judgment is performed through the underground pipeline
information management terminal, the repairing construction process of the underground pipelines is simulated, the construction damage evaluation is conducted, the influence of construction on the nearby underground pipelines is evaluated, protective decision information is generated, sent to the mobile terminal of constructors and used for guiding the on-site repairing construction, unchecked excavation is prevented effectively, and accidents such as surface collapse and pipeline break-off caused by unscientific excavation are reduced.
