The synthesis method comprises the following steps: (1) activating treatment of carbon fibers: activating the carbon fibers to be activated at room temperature under the irradiation of radioactive Co rays; (2) synthesis and purification treatment of hexanediol polyadipate; and (3) in-situ synthesis of shape memory polyurethane: firstly synthesizing a polyurethane prepolymer, then adding the activated carbon fibers into the prepolymer to continue the reaction, and adding a chain extender for further polymerization, thereby forming the polyurethane with shape memory function.
