The resin for the biodegradable anti-fouling paint is a polymer containing a multi-block structure, characterized in that: the resin is prepared by polymerizing by polylactic acid oligomer, flexible segments, polyisocyanates under the effect of catalysts, wherein, the polylactic acid oligomer is prepared by carrying out reflux reaction on lactic acid having a monomer content of 80-85 % and aromatic solvents under negative pressure or normal pressure until no water generates; the flexible segments comprises polyols or / and polyester polyols; and the amount of the flexible segments accounts for 5-30 % of the weight percentage of the lactic acid raw material; and the amount of polyisocyanates accounts for 10-30 % of the weight percentage of the lactic acid raw material. The invention further provides a biodegradable anti-fouling paint composition containing the resin as a matrix resin. The anti-fouling paint contains composite organic antifouling agent and contains no or little cuprous oxide, and has the advantages of low toxicity, environmental protection, and good anti-fouling effect.

The present invention pertains to a method for preparation of superhydrophobic timber on the basis of a sol-gel method, and the method is as follows: (1), silica sol synthesis, to be more specific, materials are prepared in the volume ratio of ammonia to anhydrous ethanol to ethyl orthosilicate of 1:15 to 17:1; (2), hydrophobic modification of monodispersed nano silica sol, to be more specific, hexadecyl trimethoxysilane, or triethoxysilane-1H, 1H, 2H, 2H-heptadecafluorodecyl silane is used for hydrophobic modification of the synthesized monodispersed nano silica sol, and the hydrophobic agent promotes mutual aggregation of nanoparticles to promote the formation of aggregates of silica nanoparticles; and (3) timber coating processing, to be more specific, the timber surface is coated with the hydrophobically modified silica sol solution by dipping or spraying process. Contact angles of the processed timber surface and water droplets are greater than 150 degrees, roll angles are less than 10 degrees, and a superhydrophobic film has good resistance to acid and alkali erosion and stability in high-humidity environment. The method is simple in operation, less demanding on equipment, and capable of scale production, and has wide market prospects.

The invention, belonging to the field of paints, discloses a low surface energy nano polyurethane anti-fouling paint and a preparation method thereof. The paint is mainly applied in preventing fouling for ships. The low surface energy nano polyurethane anti-fouling paint comprises 20-60 wt% of organosilicon modified acrylic resin, 0.5-10 wt% of polydimethylsiloxane resin, 0.5-10 wt% of fluoroal kylsilane modified nano silicon dioxide, 20-40 wt% of extender pigment, 5-15 wt% of auxiliary agent, and 10-30 wt% of organic solvent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) carrying out surface treatment with fluoroal kylsilane on nano silicon dioxide; 2) preparing the treated fluoroal kylsilane modified nano silicon dioxide into a concentrated slurry; and 3) mixing the fluoroal kylsilane modified nano silicon dioxide concentrated slurry with other raw materials to obtain a component A of the anti-fouling paint; dissolving a curing agent to obtain a component B, adding the component A in the component B, curing 30 min-15 day at a temperature of 10-30 DEG C to form the low surface energy nano polyurethane anti-fouling paint. The anti-fouling paint prepared by using a new technique of nanoparticle treatment has the advantages of low surface energy, no toxicant release, safety, and environmental protection.

The hard coat agent composition comprises a urethane acrylate (B) having two or more (meth)acryloyl groups within each molecule and not containing fluorine; a first fluorine-containing polyether compound (C) having an active energy ray reactive group via a urethane bond at each of both ends of a molecular chain containing a perfluoropolyether group; a second fluorine-containing polyether compound (D) having an active energy ray reactive group via a urethane bond at one end of a molecular chain containing a perfluoropolyether group and not having an active energy ray reactive group at the other end; and a curable compound (A) having two, or three or more active energy ray polymerizing groups within each molecule and not containing a urethane bond and fluorine, wherein the (C) component is contained in an amount of 0.05 to 0.7 parts by weight in relation to 100 parts by weight of a total amount of the (A) component and the (B) component, and the (D) component is contained so that a weight ratio C / D between the (C) component and the (D) component ranges from 1 / 5 to 5 / 2.

The method comprises the following steps: poly(methyl)acrylic acid epoxy alkyl ester is grafted on the surface of an ultra-(micro-)filtration or nanofiltration membrane through ultraviolet graft polymerization; further reaction is conducted to generate alkyl halide; the alkyl halide is conducted by reaction with acrylic acid betaine compounds under the condition that certain catalyst, ligands or reducing agent are subsistent; the ultra-(micro-)filtration or nanofiltration membrane with favorable hydrophilcity and pollution-resistant performance is obtained. Purified water flux of the prepared ultra-(micro-)filtration or nanofiltration membrane can reach to 50-280 L/m<2>.h; the reject rate of the pollution-resistant ultra-(micro-)filtration or nanofiltration membrane to bovine serum albumin is 95-100%; the recovery rate of water flux reaches to 97-100%. The pollution-resistant modified method is characterized in that a small quantity of initiating agent functional groups are introduced quickly on the surface of the membrane through the light graft method; then graft polymerization is conducted in water phase adopting an atom free radical transferring polymerization method; the pollution-resistant modified method has the advantages that the polymerization system can be repeatedly used, and is easy in continuous production; the polymer is grafted with the zwitter ionic pair perssad with a betaine structure, so that the surface of the membrane is high in hydrophilia; the pollution-resistant capability is improved remarkably.

The concentrated pulp comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 10-30% of fluorosilane modified nano SiO2, 20-50% of dispersant and the balance of solvent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving the SiO2 in a mixed solution of fluorosilane coupling agent, water and isopropanol, then heating and stirring under subacid conditions, and drying before grinding into fluorosilane modified nano SiO2 powder; mixing the fluorosilane modified nano SiO2 powder with the dispersant according to a mass ratio of 1:(0.2-2), and then dispersing at 800-2000rpm; and after ensuring that the raw materials are completely dissolved, adding the solvent according to the fluorosilane modified nano SiO2 powder / solvent mass ratio of 1:(1.5-5), carrying out ball milling for 4-8 hours, and discharging to obtain the fluorosilane modified nano SiO2 concentrated pulp. The invention solves the problems of high raw material consumption, complicated process and the like in the prior art; and the concentrated pulp has good dispersibility, high storage stability, high solid content and low viscosity, thereby being applicable to multiple fields such as paint, ink, ceramic, rubber, adhesive and the like.

The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing raw materials including a polymeric monomer, a modifying agent, an auxiliary agent and water; performing dehydration pretreatment on polyether triol and polyether glycol; performing prepolymerization; performing chain extension; sealing ends; and emulsifying to prepare a modified polyurethane flexible high-molecular emulsion product containing side long chain alkyl. According to the modified polyurethane flexible high-molecular emulsion disclosed by the invention, polysiloxane chain links and polyolefin chain links are embedded into a skeleton structure of the modified polyurethane flexible high-molecular emulsion, and polyurethane high molecules are modified by using long chain alkyl. The anti-fingerprint agent prepared by the method provided by the invention has a good hydrophobic oleophobic property and excellent antifouling property, and has excellent bonding fastness to glass substrates, and the wear resistance and the durability are greatly improved.
