An apparatus and method for displaying the weight or cost of segments of an irregularly shaped item involves passing a sensor bar supported above a supporting surface over the item lying on the surface. A compact hand-held embodiment of the sensor bar enables the operator to move the sensor bar in various linear or non-linear motions over the item surface as the sensor bar moves laterally across the item surface while the sensor bar support posts remain in constant contact with the supporting surface. The sensor bar contains one or more sensors which generate signals corresponding to the height of the item as the sensor bar traverses the item. At the same time, a displacement detector arrangement generates signals corresponding to displacement of the sensor bar relative to the support surface. These signals are processed in a signal processor to determine the volume of an uncut segment of the item lying behind the sensor bar at successive positions. Each of these cumulative volume determinations may be continuously converted into numeric weight values based on the density factor for the particular type of item, whereby numeric weight and cost values (based on weight) are continuously displayed as the sensor bar is stroked over the item, thus enabling the operator to accommodate an on-looking consumer's specific requests as per the particular portion desired based on the physical appearance, weight, and cost of an item before the item is cut.

Calibration method and system for refrigerant charging amount of automobile air conditioner

The invention relates to a vehicle air conditioner refrigerant filling volume calibration method and a system; the method comprises an environment simulation step, a working condition selection step, a data acquisition step and a best filling volume determination step; in the environmental simulation step, an actual environment in which a vehicle runs is simulated; in the working condition selection step, an initial amount of refrigerant is filled into an air-conditioning compressor, so that the vehicle runs in different working conditions, and a working condition with the highest pressure ofa high-pressure end of the air-conditioning compressor is selected as the running condition for vehicle testing; in the data acquisition step, the vehicle runs in the working condition with the highest pressure of the high-pressure end of the compressor, a preset amount of refrigerant is filled into the compressor at preset intervals, and the pressure of the high-pressure end of the compressor, the average temperature of an air outlet and the refrigerant filling volume data are respectively acquired; and in the best filling volume determination step, according to a graph obtained from the pressure of the high-pressure end of the compressor, the average temperature of the air outlet and the refrigerant filling volume data, the refrigerant filling volume which corresponds to the lowest point of the average temperature change curve of the air outlet is determined, and the filling volume is determined to be the best filling volume. The invention can shorten a calibration cycle, and the precision is higher.

Method for quickly measuring sulfate radical content in magnesium method desulfurization process

The invention discloses a method for quickly measuring sulfate radical content in a magnesium method desulfurization process. The method consists of the processes of filtration, constant volume determination, acidification, precipitation and back titration and comprises the following steps of: filtering a fetched sample by using filter paper; filling quantitative filtered clear solution with constant volume into a volumetric flask; filling proper constant volume clear solution in a beaker, and adding diluted hydrochloric acid of 1:1 concentration for acidifying; adding excessive barium chloride into the acidified clear solution to perform precipitation; filtering and fully washing the sediment, and titrating the total weight of barium, calcium and magnesium ions by using ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid (EDTA) coordination agent under the condition that chrome black T is used as an indicator; and meanwhile, calculating the content of the barium ions by measuring the total weight of the calcium and the magnesium so as to calculate the content of the sulfate radicals. The method has the advantages that: the control of solution concentration and measuring process conditions is accurate, the measurement of the content of the calcium and the magnesium is completed at the same time, and the preparation of barium and magnesium mixed solution is not needed; the accuracy of the sulfate radical detection is improved, and the detection time is shortened; and the method is suitable for quickly measuring the sulfate radical content in the debugging and operating process of a magnesium oxide method desulfurization system.

The invention discloses a node sensitivity analysis method for distributed photovoltaic access distribution network power quality management. The technical scheme of the invention comprises the following steps: an optimization objective function of node voltage deviation sum, current total harmonic distortion rate and installation cost is proposed; A multi-objective optimization model for site selection and volume determination of composite energy storage devices is constructed; Each node is equipped with a composite energy storage device with the same capacity, and the voltage deviation and current total harmonic distortion rate of each node are obtained by power flow calculation; Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) is used to set the size of particle swarm and the number of iterations; Theinstallation position and capacity of the composite energy storage device are obtained by solving the problem. The invention utilizes node sensitivity analysis method to preprocess nodes to reduce the number of calculation nodes, thereby greatly reducing the calculation amount and improving the optimization efficiency. At the same time, the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm with adaptive dynamic weights is used to dynamically change the weight coefficients according to the difference between the objective function value and the global average value, which improves the global optimization speed.
