According to method, the total porosity of the shale can be tested, and the defects in porosity measuring aspects of the shale by utilizing conventional methods such as gas absorption-desorption, nuclear magnetic resonance and high-pressure mercury penetration can be remedied. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) carrying out X-diffraction total rock analysis and X-diffraction clay mineral relative content and organic carbon content analysis on a shale sample, and determining the mass (m1, m2, m3...mn) of various components in a shale skeleton in unit mass M; (2) calculating the volumes (V1, V2, V3...Vn) of the various components in the shale skeleton in unit mass M according to the true densities (rhotrue1, rhotrue2, rhotrue3... rhotruen) of various minerals; (3) drying the shale sample, removing fluid component in the shale, and measuring the mass m of the shale by utilizing an electronic scale; (4) measuring the view volume Vview of the dried shale sample by utilizing an immersion method; and (5) calculating the total porosity phi of the shale. The invention provides a method for measuring a 2D angle of arrival (AOA) of coherently distributed signals. The method belongs to the technical field of wireless mobile communication technology. The method includes the steps of setting a stereoscopic antenna array composed of three parallel uniform linear arrays; establishing a data vector matrix and a propagator matrix of all the coherently distributed signals; eliminating aperture loss; establishing rotation matrixes and making pairing and combination of characteristic values of the rotation matrixes; and determining a central azimuth angle and a central pitch angle of the distributed signals. In the invention, the propagator is determined with received data firstly, then the three rotation matrixes are determined with the propagator, and finally the central azimuth angle and the central pitch angle of the distributed signals are comprehensively determined through automatically pairing the characteristic values of the three rotation matrixes by using the method in the invention, thereby improving the measuring precision to about 10 times higher than the precision of the prior art. Therefore, the method in the invention has characteristics of simplicity, high reliability, high performance in lowering the calculation processing capacity and complexity degree substantially, high measuring efficiency, high measuring precision degree and so on.

The present invention discloses a conformal light-sensing structure integrated digital microfluidic chip which can monitor a chemical reaction between droplets carrying different components in a digital microfluidic chip in real-time, in the detection application field of digital microfluidic biochemical detection on consumption for a low level sample. According to the chip disclosed by the present invention, on the basis of no change of a current structure and property of electrowetting, a subwavelength scale optical sensing structure is embedded between electrowetting adjacent electrode gaps; a co-planar conformal structure with a hydrophobic layer of the electrowetting structure is kept in structure; by detecting a change of a light-sensing structure light field which is caused by a small change in a refractive index occurring during a process of the droplets reaction, determination for composition and location of a microdroplet is realized. Compared with light sensing composed of a conventional capacitor, an electrical impedance sensor, an electrochemical sensor and a discrete element, the chip disclosed by the present invention has the advantages of being simple in structure, standard CMOS compatible process which is easier to integrate, low in cost and high in accuracy. In addition, a characteristic that a sensing structure is conformal with an electrowetting structure enables a sensing function to be added without reducing the electrowetting performance.

A fatigue lifetime measuring method for anisotropic material structural parts

The invention discloses a fatigue lifetime measuring method for anisotropic material structural parts and belongs to the field of service lifetime analysis and measurement for engine turbine blades. The objective of the invention is to overcome the problem of fatigue life measurement in different crystal orientations for anisotropic materials and structural parts thereof. According to the principles of the fatigue lifetime measuring method, a load condition in a load coordinate system is converted into a load condition in a material coordinate system through coordinate transformation; and based on mechanisms of fracture of the anisotropic materials, a novel form of Hill equivalent strain is provided, and a local strain method in a uniaxial form is expanded to conditions of complex strain. A load at any orientation can be uniformly allowed to be equivalent to a specific crystal orientation to obtain an equivalent load by the fatigue lifetime measuring method. A fatigue lifetime measuring model is built according to material parameters and the equivalent load in the orientation. The fatigue lifetime measuring method is advantageous in that: the fatigue lifetime of the anisotropic materials and the structural parts thereof at any orientation can be accurately measured by only using the material parameters and the equivalent load in the specific crystal orientation, and measurement precision is high.
