The invention provides a
seawater electrolysis hydrogen production method and
system based on an anti-
pollution proton exchange membrane, and relates to the technical field of
hydrogen energy and
seawater resources, and the method comprises the following steps: executing precision
filtration, selective dechlorination and complexing
softening pretreatment according to the initial data of the quality of
seawater to be treated; according to the pretreated
water quality and the performance parameters of the anti-
pollution proton exchange membrane, an electrolytic tank core
assembly is customized and configured, and initial operation parameters are output; an electrolytic reaction synchronous activation pulse antifouling module is started; monitoring the
total impedance of the membrane based on the
membrane surface state data;
electrolysis and antifouling parameters are dynamically adjusted according to
pollution levels; purifying the product and forming a
closed loop according to the membrane pollution rate; the
system comprises a seawater pretreatment module, an electrolytic tank
core component configuration module, an
electrolysis and pulse anti-
fouling collaborative starting module, an in-situ impedance monitoring module, an electrolysis and anti-
fouling parameter dynamic adjustment module and a product purification and process
closed loop module, and an anti-
fouling film takes sulfonated polyethersulfone as a base and is blended with nano-hydroxyapatite and
polytetrafluoroethylene; and pulse antifouling and scaling inhibition,
impedance matching and
energy consumption control are realized, the continuous service life of the membrane is prolonged, the
hydrogen purity is improved, the
hydrogen production energy consumption is reduced, and large-scale seawater PEM electrolysis is facilitated.
