The invention belongs to the field of dispatching of a power
system, and particularly provides a chance constraint mixed
integer programming-based wind-fire coordinated rolling dispatching method considering
wind power characteristic with regard to influence of large-scale
wind power randomness and fluctuation on making of a power
system dispatching plan. According to the method, the
wind power characteristic and the influence on making of a rolling dispatching plan are researched, a wind-fire coordinated rolling dispatching model considering the wind power characteristic is built, and a solution is figured out by combination of
matlab and yamlip; By a rolling dispatching strategy, the standby capacity of the
system is effectively reduced, the running cost of the system is reduced, the system economy is improved, the model considers a wind power ramping constraint, the harm of a wind power ramping accident can be effectively reduced, and the
system safety is improved. On the basis of chance constraint mixed
integer programming, the rolling dispatching method considering the wind power characteristic is proposed, the method which is proposed by the invention is further used for rolling dispatching of a wind-fire combined system, the safety and the economy of the system are effectively compatible, and the system dispatching difficulty caused by wind
power grid connection on a large scale is reduced.
