Park energy-network energy optimizing management system based on microgrids and implementing method thereof

The invention relates to a park energy-network energy optimizing management system based on microgrids and an implementing method of the system. The energy optimizing management system is implemented by park energy scheduling and microgrid energy management. The micro power grid management system is in a three-layered structure including a microgrid energy scheduling layer, a microgrid centralized control layer and a microgrid, stored energy and load local control layer. Constraint conditions of the energy optimizing management method are guaranteed by the microgrid centralized control layer. The output of each microgrid or stored energy is determined by a microgrid and stored energy coordination control policy in a microgrid central controller; and an objective function includes three objective function subsets at different grades. Through computing the objective function values at various states by a multi-objective optimizing algorithm based on weight, the defect of randomness and intermittence of the distributed power source is overcome, the complementary problem among multiple microgrids and multiple micro power sources in the microgrid in the park energy network is solved, and optimized utilization of clean energy and maximization of system energy efficiency can be achieved.

The invention discloses a microgrid cluster concentrated-distributed type coordinated optimization scheduling method. The method includes the steps that a microgrid cluster two-layer optimization scheduling model is built, and the microgrid cluster global goal and local goals of microgrids are all taken into consideration, wherein a microgrid cluster scheduling center is arranged on the upper layer, and a microgrid scheduling center is arranged on the lower layer; the cluster scheduling center on the upper layer calculates generating capacity of all micro power sources according to optimization of the global goal and sends the generating capacity to the microgrid scheduling center on the lower layer, wherein the generating capacity serves as decision variables; the microgrid scheduling center corrects the generating capacity of the micro power sources according to the local goals of the microgrids; the corrected generating capacity is sent to the cluster scheduling center on the upper layer, and correction and iteration are repeated until a coordination solution with which both the upper layer and the lower layer are satisfied is achieved. According to the microgrid cluster coordinated optimization scheduling method, inconsistency of the goal of the upper layer and the goals of the lower layer is taken into consideration, and through iterative optimization and interacted correction of the cluster scheduling center and the microgrid scheduling center, the global goal and the local goals can be coordinated. The method adapts to the distributed characteristic of a microgrid cluster, and coordinated operation between the microgrids can be achieved.

The invention discloses a load demand response-based grid-connected micro power grid reliability assessment method comprising the following steps: an annual output curve of a micro power source in a micro power grid is determined; time-of-use electricity prices are made in a micro power grid island, and a response electricity price model for micro power grid users is built; a load satisfaction index MLs of new energy of the micro power grid can be determined according to output of the micro power source of the micro power grid and load power; a load demand response model is built based on four constraining factors that are electricity quantities of loads, electricity prices, power and user satisfaction over consumption habit change; an object function is min(1-MLS), a variable is a variable quantity [delta]p of electricity price at each time segment, a particle swarm algorithm is used for solving the load demand response model, a corrected load curve is obtained, and corrected load curve-based grid-connected micro power grid reliability can be determined based on a combined output mode of a micro power grid rack structure, energy storage equipment and a distributed power source. The grid-connected micro power grid reliability assessment method can help overcome defects of a conventional micro power grid reliability assessment algorithm and is suitable for micro power grid reliability assessment under load demand response strategies.
