The invention relates to a waste lead storage battery low-carbon
recovery system and a
recovery process thereof. The
system comprises a waste battery pretreatment unit, a crushing and sorting unit and a
lead smelting unit. The waste battery pretreatment unit is provided with a waste
battery storage chamber, a
discharge chamber, a gas collection chamber and a to-be-crushed chamber which are communicated in sequence, and is used for waste
battery storage, residual
electricity electrolysis hydrogen production and
temporary storage; the crushing and sorting unit comprises a multi-stage
crusher, a screening
machine, a sorting
machine and a
filter press, and is used for separating to obtain a lead grid, a
lead alloy block, light plastic, heavy plastic and waste lead paste. The
lead smelting unit comprises a gas-liquid separation tank, a
gas mixing tank and a side-blown furnace, gas generated by electrolytic
hydrogen production is purified and dried and then mixed with
natural gas to form
mixed gas, the
mixed gas serves as fuel of the side-blown furnace, and the waste lead paste is subjected to reduction
smelting in the side-blown furnace to obtain lead
bullion. According to the
system, by-products of
hydrogen production through
electrolysis of waste battery residual
electricity serve as
smelting fuel, low-carbon environment-friendly recycling treatment of the waste lead storage battery is achieved, and the
resource utilization rate is increased.
