Apparatus and methods are provided for packaging multi-chip modules with liquid cooling modules designed to provide different thermal resistances for effectively conducting heat from various chips with disparate cooling requirements while minimizing mechanical stresses in thermal bonds due to thermal excursions.

Provided is a hygienic wipes steamer for warming hygienic wipes. The hygienic wipes steamer comprises a housing assembly contains a liquid container, a roller assembly, a heater assembly and an ejector assembly. The liquid container stores a quantity of liquid. The roller assembly rotatably supports a roll of material and cuts the material into individual hygienic wipes during unwinding of the material. The heater assembly has a beating element and has steam holes formed therealong. The heater assembly is in fluid communication with the liquid container and receives hygienic wipes from the roller assembly. Upon activation of the hygienic wipes steamer, liquid flows into the heater assembly from the liquid container and is transformed into steam when heated by the heating element such that the steam passes through the steam holes and warms the hygienic wipe that is supported by the heater assembly. The ejector assembly ejects the warmed hygienic wipes from the hygienic wipes steamer.

A tactical firearm having a receiver and a handguard connected by flanges that are secured by fasteners and each define co-planar rail mounting surfaces. An improved, more durable heat conductive composition for transferring heat from a heat-dissipating component to a heat dissipater and method of producing the same. The composition preferably comprises a base consisting of paraffin and, optionally, paraffin and petrolatun having electrically-conductive particles suspended therein, which preferably include graphite diamond, or elemental metals such as silver. In the preferred embodiment, the composition further includes a resin polymer to increase durability. The composition is formulated to be solid in the range of normal room temperatures, but liquify once subjected to temperatures just below the range at which heat generating electronic semi conductor devices typically operate. A platform segment for supporting a nozzle guide vane for a gas turbine is provided. The invention discloses a closed loop capillary solar photovoltaic thermoelectric plate, belonging to the field of solar photovoltaic generation and solar heat collection, which is characterized in that the device comprises a header tube, a finned tube, a capillary tube, a graphite heat conductive layer, a metal frame, a solar cell plate and a heat-insulating layer, wherein the capillary tube is formed by metal tubes with 2-5mm inner diameter, and is connected with the finned tube to form a closed pipeline system. The capillary tube is filled with heat transfer medium, and the heat transfer medium can absorb the heat energy of the solar cell plate to form a steam liquid column to enter into the finned tube when in work, and then returns to the capillary tube after being cooled and condensed by medium outside the tube, and resorbs the heat energy of the solar cell plate, and is heated to gasify, thereby finishing the heat transfer process through the circulation. The invention has the effects and benefits that the capillary metal tube can timely and effectively conduct away working waste heat of the solar cell plate, reduces the working temperature of the solar cell plate, increases the efficiency of photo-electronic conversion, and simultaneously realizes recycling of the working waste heat of the solar cell plate.
