Based on the principle of gradient energy utilization and combined with a steam surplus energy utilization mode, integrated design of different steam extraction modes is carried out, and the thermoelectric decoupling operation capacity of a 6FA type combined cycle unit is effectively improved; the steam heat accumulator is utilized to improve the peak-load shaving and frequency modulation capacity of the combined cycle unit, and meanwhile, the outward heating capacity of the combined cycle unit under all conditions is guaranteed.
