A method for treating high ammonia nitrogen industrial waste water comprises the steps of firstly adjusting the pH of the treated waste water to more than 9, and raising the form proportion of free ammonia (NH3) of ammonia nitrogen in water; and the method is characterized by also comprising the following steps: filtering the free ammonia (NH3) in the waste water through an air-water separation membrane so that the free ammonia (NH3) enters absorption liquid containing H and reacts with the H in the absorption liquid to generate ammonium salt, and delivering the absorption liquid containing the ammonium salt to a heating evaporation device to obtain solid ammonium salt. The method and the device have the advantages that the residual ammonia nitrogen in the water separated by the air-water separation membrane can reach below 15 milligrams per liter and 8 milligrams per liter, and about 99.9 percent of ammonia nitrogen in the waste water is reclaimed to form the ammonium salt and becomes a clean industrial raw material.

The medium-high cloud, the clear-air water, the solar flare water, the cloud shadow areas, the sea-ice-snow sheets, non-warm low clouds, warm broken low clouds and wind edges are respectively filtered with a three-stage determining method through comprehensively using the multi-channel optical spectrum information, NDVI index, NDSI index and average month SST in thirty years. The sea fog arrangement areas are obtained and the file comprising sea fog detecting result is generated. Namely the image display can be executed on a microcomputer with GRADS drawing software. The method according to the invention separates the sea fog from low cloud thereby realizing the real-time monitoring of sea fog. Effective meteorological information with real time monitoring is provided for the safe flying over sea surface, marine traffic transportation, seaport and coasting airport operation.
