Abstract

The present application relates to the technical field of treatment furnace, and provides an auxiliary temperature control system for a steel pipe heat treatment furnace, which comprises a temperature control unit arranged in the heat treatment furnace, wherein the temperature control unit comprises a heat insulation body; a conveying channel for conveying the steel pipe is formed in the heat insulation body; the heat insulation body is composed of a plurality of temperature control boxes, and first temperature control channels and second temperature control channels are formed between the temperature control boxes; the first temperature control channels are vertically arranged to allow the airflow to flow vertically, and the second temperature control channels are horizontally arranged to allow the airflow to flow horizontally; the first temperature control channels and the second temperature control channels are connected with a circulating air supply unit; the present application can precisely and quickly adjust the temperature in the furnace through the replacement of the airflow and the heat transfer of the fluid in the temperature control boxes.
