Vacuum stirring device for insulator cement adhesive

Abstract

The application discloses an insulator cement adhesive vacuum stirring device, and relates to the technical field of insulator production. The device comprises a base, a support frame, a sealed stirring container, a vacuum generation and monitoring system, a stirring driving mechanism and an inclined material pouring mechanism. The support frame is arranged on the base. The sealed stirring container comprises a stirring barrel and a stirring pot cover. The stirring barrel is rotatably arranged on the support frame. The stirring pot cover is arranged on the stirring barrel and can be opened and closed. A sealing element is arranged between the stirring barrel and the stirring pot cover. The vacuum generation and monitoring system comprises a vacuum pump and a pressure gauge. The vacuum pump is connected to the inside of the sealed stirring container through a pipeline. The stirring driving mechanism comprises a motor, a speed reducer, a stirring power shaft and stirring blades. The motor drives the stirring power shaft through the speed reducer. The stirring power shaft penetrates the stirring pot cover and enters the stirring barrel. The inclined material pouring mechanism comprises a driving motor and a transmission assembly. The driving motor is in transmission connection with the stirring barrel through the transmission assembly. The application provides a full-automatic vacuum stirring device which can adapt to the characteristics of the cement adhesive and improve the performance, efficiency and quality consistency of the cement adhesive.
