Abstract

This invention discloses a multi-dimensional steerable clamp and surgical instrument, comprising a housing, a rotating mechanism, a flipping mechanism, and a clamping mechanism. The housing consists of a mounting cylinder and a fixed handle. The rotating mechanism drives an extension rod to rotate circumferentially. The flipping mechanism, through a knob, screw, and nut seat forming a threaded transmission, drives a drive rod to push and pull the flipping frame to achieve stepless tilting and angle adjustment of the clamp head. The clamping mechanism, through the operating handle, links an opening and closing lever and a transmission spring, driving the clamping jaws to complete the opening and closing clamping action. This invention abandons the traditional gear-type steering and wire rope transmission structure, enabling precise adjustment of the clamping angle according to working conditions. It also employs a built-in rigid transmission structure, effectively avoiding transmission failure problems caused by repeated use and sterilization, ensuring stable and durable transmission. This instrument allows for flexible adjustment of the working posture within a confined minimally invasive surgical field, balancing stepless precise steering, stable transmission, and long-term use performance, making it suitable for various delicate minimally invasive surgeries such as laparoscopy and thoracoscopy.
