Abstract

This invention relates to the field of automatic slag removal technology, specifically disclosing an automatic slag removal device and control method for a molten iron smelting furnace based on visual detection, including the following steps: Step S1: Set up visual detection points and multiple slag removal tools above the molten iron smelting furnace, collect images of the molten iron surface in real time, and divide the floating slag into several regions; Step S2: For any floating slag region, first obtain its thickness distribution to determine the maximum thickness, extract the region's center line, and select any slag removal tool to complete the first slag removal along the center line with the maximum thickness as the depth, generating an initial path and splitting the original region into two sub-regions; Step S3: Each slag removal tool processes the sub-regions: by obtaining the thickness change on both sides of the initial path, calculate the floating slag displacement width in real time to determine the slag removal path for the sub-region; then iteratively update the path based on the new thickness change on the side of the path, gradually refining the slag removal action, and finally completing the cleaning of all floating slag regions.
