Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] This utility model relates to the field of clothing washing and drying, specifically to a clothing processing device. Background Technology
[0002] To facilitate the operation of clothing handling equipment (such as washing machines and dryers) in dark environments and prevent user errors due to insufficient light, and also for aesthetic reasons, the lids of clothing handling equipment are typically designed with illumination. However, existing lid illumination designs have the following shortcomings, hindering better integration with ambient home décor.
[0003] Light emitted from the hood typically shines through from the front after reflection. For example, light from a light source first passes through a channel formed by the main and secondary trim pieces before overflowing from the front. Because the light shines out in a way that faces the user, it increases eye strain and results in a poor user experience. Utility Model Content
[0004] To address the above problems, this utility model provides a garment processing device that can solve the problems in the prior art.
[0005] This utility model provides a garment processing device, including a machine body and a cover disposed on the machine body.
[0006] The hood includes a front hood panel, a rear hood panel, a hood frame, and a light source. The hood frame is located between the outer edges of the front and rear hood panels. The light source is positioned between the front and rear hood panels and adjacent to the hood frame. The hood frame is made of a light-guiding material and includes a main body and sidewalls. The sidewalls are angled towards the fuselage to direct a portion of the light emitted by the light source through the hood frame from the sidewalls onto the fuselage.
[0007] By employing the above methods, the transmitted light can be confined by the relatively positioned sidewalls and fuselage, allowing the light to pass through the hood frame and project onto the fuselage. Compared to existing technologies where light is reflected from the front, this invention confines the light emitted from a portion not visible from the front, resulting in softer and more uniform light.
[0008] Optionally, the sidewall portion includes a first sidewall portion and a second sidewall portion, wherein the second sidewall portion is not visible when the hood is viewed from the front, and the first sidewall portion is used to cover the second sidewall portion.
[0009] In this way, light shines through the second side wall, while the first side wall blocks the light from the front.
[0010] Optionally, the outer surface of the second sidewall and the surface of the hood frame adjacent to the light source are light-transmitting surfaces, while the other outer surfaces of the hood frame are reflective surfaces.
[0011] In this way, the reflective surface can reflect and concentrate light, making it easier to focus the light out from the second side wall. The reflective surface is evenly distributed around the two light-transmitting surfaces, forming a relatively closed reflective area, which facilitates the reflection of light and further focuses it before it shines out from the second side wall.
[0012] Optionally, the outer surface of the first sidewall is a reflective layer formed by any one of electroplating, spraying, or hot stamping.
[0013] By using the above methods, light is prevented from shining out from the first side wall, thus creating a bright visual effect on the outside of the hood frame.
[0014] Optionally, the side of the rear panel of the hood is inclined relative to the axial direction of the hood, and the second side wall is connected to the side of the rear panel of the hood in a smooth transition manner.
[0015] By using the above methods, we can ensure that the assembly between the hood frame and the hood rear panel is compatible and that the assembly gap is reasonable.
[0016] Optionally, the slope of the second sidewall is the same as the slope of the side of the rear panel of the hood.
[0017] By using the above methods, the gap between the second side wall and the rear panel of the hood is ensured during assembly.
[0018] Optionally, a diffuse reflection layer can be provided on the surface of the device. This method can evenly diffuse light and reduce visual interference for the user.
[0019] Optionally, the front panel, rear panel, and frame of the hood are all annular components, so that the light emitted from the light source to the outside of the hood forms an annular aperture.
[0020] The above methods help protect the internal components of the garment processing equipment, reduce vibration and shaking when the equipment is running at high speed, improve safety during use, and enhance the overall appearance and visual appeal.
[0021] Optionally, the rear panel of the cover has a preset height relative to the body and abuts against the body, so that light from the light source is projected onto the body in a manner that gradually approaches the body.
[0022] By using the above methods, the light emitted from the light source is projected onto the body of the garment processing equipment in a way that gradually approaches the body, avoiding a blurry aperture caused by too close a projection distance. Furthermore, an appropriate projection distance can further soften the light, enhancing the atmosphere and user experience.
[0023] Optionally, the front and rear hood panels are fixed to the hood frame by means of clips, glue, or screws.
[0024] The above methods ensure the structural stability of the cover and facilitate its installation. Attached Figure Description

[0040] The technical solutions of the present utility model will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings of the embodiments. Obviously, the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present utility model, and not all embodiments. Based on the embodiments of the present utility model, all other embodiments obtained by those of ordinary skill in the art without creative effort are within the protection scope of the present utility model.
[0041] <The cover 200 of this utility model embodiment>
[0042] This utility model provides a cover 200, which is applied to a garment processing device 100 and can reduce light loss and improve light purity and user experience.
[0043] Figure 1 This is a first structural schematic diagram of the clothing processing device 100 in this embodiment of the present utility model. Figure 2 for Figure 1 Enlarged view of point A in the middle. Figure 1 The middle section is a cross-sectional view of a portion of the garment processing equipment, seen from the side. Figure 1 and Figure 2 As shown, the hood 200 includes a front hood panel 210, a rear hood panel 220, a hood frame 230, and a light source 240.
[0044] The hood frame 230 is positioned between the front hood panel 210 and the rear hood panel 220, and is located at the outer end of the connecting surface between the front and rear hood panels 210 and 220. That is, the front hood panel 210, hood frame 230, and rear hood panel 220 are arranged sequentially. A portion of the hood frame 230 is exposed to the air, while the other portion is located inside the hood 200. The light source 240 is also positioned between the front and rear hood panels 210 and 220. The light source 240 is adjacent to the hood frame 230, and the entire light source 240 is located inside the hood 200, meaning it is not visible from the outside. The hood frame 230 is made of a light-guiding material, and the light emitted by the light source 240 is projected onto the outside of the hood 200 via the hood frame 230.
[0045] By using the above method, the entire hood frame 230 is made of light-guiding material, which can limit the light path and clarify the direct path of light. The light emitted by the light source 240 directly illuminates the outside of the hood 200 through the adjacent hood frame 230. Compared with the light emission method of light transmission after reflection, the light path set in this embodiment can reduce light loss and improve the purity of light, thereby improving the light transmission efficiency of the hood 200.
[0046] The following is a further description of the various components of the cover 200 in the embodiment of this utility model.
[0047] <Front hood panel 210, rear hood panel 220>
[0048] Continue to refer to Figure 1 and Figure 2The front hood panel 210 and the rear hood panel 220 abut against each other, and their connection points are matched. The front hood panel 210 and the rear hood panel 220 can be connected by clips, glue, bolts, etc. Because the hood frame 230 and the light source 240 are located at the outer ends of the contact surfaces of the front hood panel 210 and the rear hood panel 220, the outer ends of the front hood panel 210 and the rear hood panel 220 are not directly abutting; some structures are in complete contact.
[0049] The side wall 221 of the rear panel of the cover is inclined relative to the axial direction of the cover 200, which facilitates its contact with the body 110 of the garment processing equipment 100 and optimizes the overall design. The front panel 210 and the rear panel 220 of the cover can be ring-shaped components. The ring-shaped design helps to protect the internal components of the garment processing equipment 100 and reduces vibration and shaking that occurs when the garment processing equipment 100 is operating at high speed. Since clothes will hit the door of the garment processing equipment 100 during the washing process, causing the door to move back and forth or shake, the ring-shaped design helps to improve the safety of use, while also improving the overall appearance and visual effect.
[0050] <Hood frame 230>
[0051] Figure 3 This is a structural schematic diagram of the hood frame 230 in an embodiment of this utility model. (In conjunction with...) Figure 1 and Figure 2 and refer to Figure 3 Since the cover 200 is circular, to achieve a luminous effect around the cover 200, in this embodiment, the light source 240 is a ring-shaped light strip, arranged around the outer circumference of the cover 200. The cover frame 230 adjacent to the light source 240 is also circular, with the outer surface of the second sidewall 2323 located on the outer side of the ring, and the surface of the cover frame 230 adjacent to the light source 240 located on the inner side of the ring. In existing cover luminous technology, the light emitted by the light source uses air or other gases as a medium, and after multiple reflections, it is emitted from the gaps inside the cover to the outside. Compared to this prior art, the cover frame 230 provided in this embodiment allows light to directly propagate through the light-guiding material of the cover frame 230, reducing light loss and improving light purity, thereby enhancing light transmission efficiency and user experience. Meanwhile, the cover frame 230, as a solid light guide, can prevent moisture and dust generated after long-term use of the garment processing equipment 100 from obstructing the light propagation path and thus affecting the overall luminous effect of the outer ring of the cover 200. Using the cover frame 230 for light guiding eliminates the need for an additional sealing structure, further simplifying the structure.
[0052] Continue to refer to Figure 2 and Figure 3The shape of the hood frame 230 matches the contact surfaces of the front hood panel 210 and the rear hood panel 220 to ensure a secure clamping effect. The hood frame 230 includes a main body portion 231 and a side wall portion 232 connected to each other. The main body portion 231 and the side wall portion 232 have a height difference, meaning the tops of the main body portion 231 and the side wall portion 232 are not on the same plane, and a stepped surface is formed. The stepped surface includes a step tread 2311 located on the main body portion 231 and a step elevation 2321 located on the side wall portion 232. The step tread 2311 is the top of the main body portion 231. The step elevation 2321 is the side surface of the side wall portion 232 that connects to and is perpendicular to the top of the main body portion 231.
[0053] The top of the main body 231 abuts against the outer end of the front hood panel 210. That is, the bottom of the outer end of the front hood panel 210 abuts against the step tread 2311 (i.e., the top of the main body 231), and the side of the outer end of the front hood panel 210 abuts against the step vertical surface 2321 (i.e., one side of the side wall 232). The bottom of the main body 231 and the bottom of the side wall 232 abut against the outer end of the rear hood panel 220.
[0054] In this way, the front hood panel 210 and the rear hood panel 220 can clamp and fix the hood frame 230, thereby forming a stable fixed structure, making it easier to assemble the hood frame 230. At the same time, the stepped surface formed by the upward curve of the end of the hood frame 230 can limit and position the front hood panel 210.
[0055] like Figure 2 and Figure 3 As shown, a hollowed-out portion 2312 can be provided at the bottom of the main body 231. The hollowed-out portion 2312 is partially annular or entirely annular, ensuring that a portion of the bottom does not contact the rear cover plate 220. This design facilitates the formation of a stable structure and allows for a lightweight design of the cover frame 230, reducing the weight and volume of the main body 231, lowering costs, and facilitating production. Furthermore, during the mold forming process, excessively thick walls pose a risk of air bubbles. The hollowed-out portion 2312 reduces this risk, facilitating manufacturing and improving industrial practicality.
[0056] Combination Figure 1 and refer to Figure 3The side wall portion 232 includes a first side wall portion 2322 and a second side wall portion 2323 that are interconnected. The first side wall portion 2322 and the second side wall portion 2323 are located on the side opposite to the stepped facade 2321. The first side wall portion 2322 is inclined outward along the circumference of the hood 200, and the second side wall portion 2323 is inclined inward along one end of the first side wall portion 2322. The second side wall portion 2323 is smoothly connected to the side wall 221 of the rear panel of the hood, and the slope of the second side wall portion 2323 is consistent with the slope of the side wall 221 of the rear panel of the hood to ensure that the assembly between the hood frame 230 and the rear panel of the hood 220 is compatible. That is, the first side wall portion 2322 is visible from the front, while the second side wall portion 2323 is not visible from the front.
[0057] The surface of the main body 231 that abuts against the light source 240 (i.e., the inner wall of the hood frame 230) is the first light-transmitting surface, facilitating the reception of light from the light source 240 and allowing it to enter the hood frame 230. The first light-transmitting surface can match the shape of the light source 240 to enhance the effect of close contact and fixation with the light source 240. The outer surface of the second side wall 2323 is the second light-transmitting surface, facilitating the emission of light to the outside of the hood frame 230. The other outer surfaces of the hood frame 230, namely the first side wall 2322, the stepped surfaces (i.e., the stepped tread 2311 located at the top of the main body 231 and the stepped vertical surface 2321 located on one side of the side wall 232), the bottom of the main body 231, and the bottom of the side wall 232, are all reflective surfaces. The reflective surfaces are evenly distributed around the two light-transmitting surfaces, forming a relatively closed reflective area, which facilitates the reflection of light and its focusing to be emitted from the second light-transmitting surface.
[0058] In this way, light shines through the two light-transmitting surfaces positioned opposite each other at both ends of the cover frame 230, ensuring a direct path for the light. The second sidewall 2323 has a certain angle, and the light shining out from the inwardly tilted second sidewall 2323 can guide the light to the body 110 of the garment processing device 100, further reducing light dispersion and softening the light. At the same time, by setting the second sidewall 2323, which is not visible from the user's front, as the second light-transmitting surface, the light avoids interfering with the user's eyes, thus improving the user's viewing experience.
[0059] like Figure 2 and Figure 3As shown, the hood frame 230 can form a highly efficient light utilization structure through the main body 231, the hollowed-out portion 2312, and the side wall portion 232. Light emitted from the light source 240 enters the hood frame 230 through the first light-transmitting surface located in the main body 231. The hollowed-out portion 2312 in the middle of the main body 231 narrows the light path, allowing some light to shine directly through the second light-transmitting surface, while the remaining light is reflected between the relatively closed reflective surfaces formed by the main body 231 and the side wall portion 232 before passing through the second light-transmitting surface. In other words, the light first focuses and then diffuses, reducing the loss of light intensity during propagation.
[0060] This configuration ensures that the light from the light source 240 entering through the first light-transmitting surface is evenly distributed within the hood frame 230, improving light utilization, preventing light concentration in certain areas, and providing uniform illumination. Simultaneously, while maintaining the light transmittance of the hood frame 230, the efficient light utilization structure increases light diffusion, resulting in softer light, avoiding glaring light spots, and improving user visual comfort.
[0061] Specifically, the hood frame 230 can be made of a transparent or semi-transparent material, such as plexiglass or PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride). In other words, the hood frame 230 as a whole acts as a light guide, transmitting light through a solid medium, preventing moisture from contacting the light guide and thus affecting the light emission effect, and facilitating efficient light conduction and diffusion.
[0062] The light-transmitting surface of the hood frame 230 can be treated with anti-glare or anti-reflective coatings, so that when users observe the light-emitting effect of the hood frame 230, on the one hand, the glare can be reduced to protect the user's eyesight, and on the other hand, the light transmission effect can be optimized to enhance the visibility of the light-transmitting surface of the hood frame 230, further improving the appearance and texture of the hood frame 230 and the user's visual comfort.
[0063] The reflective surface of the hood frame 230 can be treated with electroplating, hot stamping, spraying, etc., to form a reflective layer on the surface of the hood frame 230. A reflective effect layer can be further formed on the outer side of the reflective layer, and a high reflectivity layer can be formed on the inner side of the reflective layer. The reflective effect layer can create a bright, sparkling visual effect on the outer side of the hood frame 230, blocking light while preventing direct light from shining on the user and preventing glare. The high reflectivity layer is attached to the inner side of the hood frame 230, which can make the reflectivity of the reflective surface reach more than 50%, thereby further reflecting a portion of the light transmitted from the first light-transmitting surface (i.e., the inner wall of the hood frame 230) to enhance the light reflection effect, causing the light to converge and pass through the second light-transmitting surface (i.e., the second side wall portion 2323), avoiding light dispersion and thus improving light guiding efficiency.
[0064] The processing techniques used to form reflective or high-reflectivity surfaces, such as electroplating, hot stamping, and spraying, refer to existing technologies and will not be elaborated upon here.
[0065] In some embodiments, the hood frame 230 may be flat, curved, or irregularly shaped to match different hoods 200, thereby adapting to the design requirements of different hoods 200. This invention does not limit the shape of the hood frame 230.
[0066] <Light Source 240>
[0067] Continue to refer to Figure 2 and Figure 3 One side wall of the light source 240 is in close contact with the inner side wall of the cover frame 230, which serves as the light-transmitting surface, so that light shines directly from the inner side wall of the cover frame 230 to the outer side wall of the cover frame 230 and passes through the second side wall portion 2323.
[0068] By using the above method, the light source 240 is placed close to the inner wall of the hood frame 230, thereby further limiting the direct path of the light to the hood frame 230 and preventing the light from being scattered by shining into the gap between the light source 240 and the hood frame 230.
[0069] like Figure 2 As shown, the bottom of the light source 240 is in close contact with the rear panel 220 of the hood, and the top of the light source 240 and the other side wall of the light source 240 are in close contact with the front panel 210 of the hood.
[0070] Through the above methods, the front panel 210, the frame 230, and the rear panel 220 of the hood can clamp and fix the light source 240 from different directions, forming a compact installation structure, which makes the assembly of the hood 200 and the light source 240 more convenient and faster. At the same time, it avoids the need to use additional fasteners to fix the light source 240, simplifying the installation structure and saving installation costs.
[0071] Furthermore, the light source 240 can be a light strip, and the color of the light source 240 can be adjusted to meet the needs and atmosphere requirements of different customers. In some embodiments, the light source 240 can also be an LED tube or other light-emitting device; this utility model does not limit the type of light source 240.
[0072] <Window shade 250>
[0073] Figure 4 This is a schematic diagram of the second structure of the garment processing device according to an embodiment of this utility model. (In conjunction with...) Figure 3 and refer to Figure 4The hood 200 also includes a window cover 250. The bottom of the window cover 250 is in close contact with the top of the hood front panel 210 and matches the top of the hood front panel 210. The outer side wall of the window cover 250 is disposed facing and abuts against the stepped facade 2321 of the side wall portion 232 of the hood frame 230, and the top of the side wall of the window cover 250 is on the same plane as the top of the side wall portion 232.
[0074] This design, placing the window cover 250 as the outermost layer, protects other components of the hood 200, such as the front hood panel 210 and the rear hood panel 220. The window cover 250 also provides dust protection and shock absorption. The upward-curving sidewall 232 facilitates the positioning of the front hood panel 210 and the window cover 250, ensuring a reasonable gap between the window cover 250 and the front hood panel 210 and the hood frame 230, resulting in an overall aesthetically pleasing appearance.
[0075] Specifically, the connection between the window cover 250 and the front panel 210 of the hood and the hood frame 230 is fixed by chemical or physical bonding, which can withstand high temperature and moisture, thereby increasing the service life of the hood 200 and ensuring its long-term stability. For example, it can be fixed by means of glue, screws, clips, etc. This utility model does not limit the fixing method between the window cover 250 and the front panel 210 of the hood and the hood frame 230; any fixing method that achieves the corresponding effect is feasible.
[0076] <Clothing Processing Equipment 100>
[0077] Figure 5 This is a front view of the garment processing device in this embodiment of the invention. Figure 5 A view of the garment processing equipment from the front, as seen by the user. (Reference) Figure 5 The second aspect of this utility model provides a garment processing device 100, which has a cover 200 as described above, and can transmit light in a direct manner through two light-transmitting surfaces arranged opposite each other, thereby reducing light loss.
[0078] <Fuse 110>
[0079] Combination Figure 3 and Figure 4 and refer to Figure 5 The cover 200 is positioned in the middle of the body 110 of the garment processing equipment 100. The second side wall portion 2323 of the cover frame 230 is disposed opposite to the outer surface of the body 110, and the light emitted by the light source 240 can be irradiated onto the outer surface of the body 110 through the inner side wall (i.e., the first light-transmitting surface) and the second side wall portion 2323 (i.e., the second light-transmitting surface) of the cover frame 230.
[0080] In this way, the light transmitted from the second side wall 2323 of the cover frame 230 can be projected onto the outer surface of the body 110, avoiding direct light shining on the user, further softening the light and enhancing the atmosphere, thereby improving the user's comfort and experience.
[0081] The outer surface of the body 110 can be covered with a diffuse reflection layer. The diffuse reflection layer can be formed by processes such as matte finish, sandblasting, brushing, and chemical plating, thereby uniformly diffusing light and reducing the interference of light reflection on the user's vision.
[0082] The processing techniques used to form the diffuse reflection layer, such as matte finish, sandblasting, wire drawing, and chemical plating, refer to existing technologies and will not be elaborated upon in this utility model.
[0083] Correspondingly, the back panel 220 of the cover has a certain height relative to the body 110 of the garment processing device 100, so that the light transmitted through the second light-transmitting surface is projected onto the body 110 of the garment processing device 100 in a manner that gradually approaches the body 110 of the garment processing device 100, avoiding the blurring of the aperture due to the projection distance being too close, and the appropriate projection distance can further soften the light, enhance the atmosphere and user experience.
[0084] The installation and operation of the cover 200 in the embodiments of this utility model will be described below.
[0085] Place the hood frame 230 on the outer end of the top of the hood rear plate 220, place the light source 240 on the top of the hood rear plate 220 in a way that is close to the inner side wall of the hood frame 230, and then place the hood front plate 210 and the hood rear plate 220 together to clamp the hood frame 230 and the light source 240.
[0086] The light source 240 emits light, which passes through the inner side wall (i.e., the first light-transmitting surface) of the cover frame 230 and shines directly to the second side wall portion 2323 (the second light-transmitting surface) of the cover frame 230 and then to the outside of the cover 200, forming a direct light path.
[0087] The cover 200 is positioned in the middle of the body 110 of the garment processing device 100. A portion of the light emitted from the second side wall 2323 by the light source 240 is projected onto the outer surface of the body 110 of the garment processing device 100 in a manner that gradually approaches the body 110, avoiding direct illumination of the user, further softening the light, and enhancing the atmosphere and user experience.
[0088] The above are merely preferred embodiments of the present utility model and are not intended to limit the present utility model. Any modifications, equivalent substitutions, and improvements made within the spirit and principles of the present utility model should be included within the protection scope of the present utility model.
