A plate bending structure

Abstract

The present application relates to the field of plate bending, and discloses a plate bending structure. The plate bending structure comprises a first section and a second section. First and second groove bodies are arranged at the double-sided connection between the first section and the second section. The inner and outer grooves in the bending part work together to form a symmetrical stress release channel. The first groove body and the second groove body are spaced apart with a distance of greater than or equal to 0.5 mm, so as to avoid the collapse of the structural strength caused by the communication between the two grooves. The distance of greater than or equal to 0.5 mm can ensure the support strength of the material skeleton in the bending area. The first groove body and the second groove body extend in the width direction, so as to ensure the uniform release of the stress in the bending line direction, reduce the rebound angle of bending, reduce the crack occurrence rate, make the desired bending angle consistent with the design angle, improve the bending precision, and ensure the processing quality and yield of the door and window plate.
