Abstract

This application discloses a riveting positioning fixture, relating to the field of positioning fixture technology. The riveting positioning fixture is used to rivet a riveting component into a riveting hole on a riveting base. The fixture includes a mounting base and a positioning component. The mounting base has a guide cavity. The positioning component is movably inserted into the guide cavity in a first direction X. The positioning component has a first positioning segment and a second positioning segment distributed along the first direction X. Both the first and second positioning segments have circumferential limiting structures and are exposed outside the guide cavity. The first positioning segment engages with the riveting component through its circumferential limiting structure, and the second positioning segment engages with the riveting hole on the riveting base through its circumferential limiting structure. The technical solution of this application, by providing circumferential limiting structures in both the first and second positioning segments of the positioning component, ensures that the riveting component can be smoothly riveted into the riveting hole during the riveting process, avoiding the phenomenon of the riveting component being pressed at an angle or off-center, thereby improving the riveting quality of the product.
