A simple correction device for welded I-beams

Abstract

This utility model discloses a simple correction device for welded I-beams, belonging to the field of welding correction technology. The device includes two or more support plates, a connecting plate, and a base plate. The two or more support plates are divided into two groups, which are symmetrically welded to the upper surface of the base plate. Adjacent support plates in each group are parallel and equally spaced. The distance between the two groups of support plates is greater than the thickness of the upper web of the I-beam. Simultaneously, the space formed between the lower parts of the two groups of support plates allows the lower flange of the I-beam to pass horizontally. The connecting plate is welded to the side and top surface of each group of support plates, fixing the same group of support plates together. The connecting plate on the top surface supports and accommodates the upper flange of the I-beam. This utility model solves the problem of difficult clamping and fixing in existing correction methods, while improving the operational safety of the correction process.
