Culture device and culture system

Abstract

The application discloses a culture device and a culture system, and relates to the technical field of organoids. The culture device comprises a first base, a bearing part for bearing a culture box, the culture box being provided with an air path interface; an air guide assembly, the air guide assembly and the bearing part being oppositely arranged along a third direction, the air guide assembly being slidably connected to the first base along the third direction, and the air guide assembly being provided with a first air port and a second air port in communication; a reset member, the reset member acting on the air guide assembly and the first base, and the reset member exerting an acting force on the air guide assembly to make the air guide assembly deviate from the bearing part; and a driving assembly, the driving assembly being installed on the first base, an output end of the driving assembly acting on the air guide assembly to drive the air guide assembly to move towards the bearing part, so that the first air port is in communication with the air path interface. The reset member and the driving assembly are cooperated to control the communication or disconnection of the culture box and the pressure supply device, the communication or disconnection of the culture box and the pressure supply device is more convenient, and the risk of contamination of organ chips in the culture box is reduced.
