A self-cleaning device for a window pane of an optical instrument

Abstract

This invention belongs to the field of optically induced breakdown spectroscopy technology and provides a self-cleaning device for the window of an optical instrument. The device includes an optical instrument, a driving device, and a cleaning agent reservoir. A test window is located at the optical path exit of the optical instrument. The driving device is located on one side of the test window and is mechanically connected to a cleaning brush, which contacts the test window and automatically cleans it. The cleaning agent reservoir is located on one side of the test window and is connected to a cleaning pipe with a nozzle. The cleaning pipe extends to the surface of the test window to deliver the cleaning agent to the surface. This invention, through the driving device and the cleaning agent reservoir, can promptly and efficiently detect and clean contaminants on the surface of the window, ensuring laser transmittance and focusing effect, improving the detection accuracy and stability of the optical instrument. Compared with manual cleaning, the cleaning efficiency is greatly improved, and the cleaning effect is more uniform and thorough, avoiding abnormal equipment fluctuations.
