Other situations requiring explanation: Usage State 1: The seat is flat, the backrest is flipped open relative to its original flat position, and the fly arm is rotated outwards. In this state, different strength training postures can be performed in a seated or kneeling position. Usage State 2: The seat is flat, the backrest is flipped open relative to its original flat position, and the fly arm is not open. In this state, training can be performed in a seated or kneeling position in conjunction with other equipment. Usage State 3: Both the seat and backrest are flat, and the fly arm is rotated outwards. In this state, different strength training postures can be performed in a supine position. Usage State 4: Both the seat and backrest are flipped open relative to their original flat position. The first usage state is with the seat open and the fly arm closed. In this state, training can be conducted in a seated position with other equipment. The second usage state is with the seat open relative to the original flat position, the backrest flat, and the fly arm closed. In this state, training can be conducted in a reclining position with other equipment. The seat can be flipped to multiple angles, such as 15° or 30° relative to the original flat position. The backrest can be flipped to multiple angles, such as 30°, 45°, 60°, or 85° relative to the original flat position. The fly arm can be opened to multiple angles, such as 20°, 40°, 60°, 80°, 100°, 120°, 140°, or 160° relative to the original folded position.
