Other situations requiring explanation: Usage State 1 is the state where the backrest is flipped open relative to its original flat position and the fly arm is rotated outwards. In this state, strength training in different postures can be performed in a sitting or kneeling position. Usage State 2 is the state where the backrest is flipped open relative to its original flat position and the fly arm is not open. In this state, it can be used as a stool in conjunction with other equipment for training. Usage State 3 is the state where the backrest is flat and the fly arm is rotated outwards. In this state, strength training in different postures can be performed in a lying position. The backrest can be flipped to multiple angles, such as 30°, 45°, 60°, and 85° relative to its original flat position. The fly arm can be opened to multiple angles, such as 20°, 40°, 60°, 80°, 100°, 120°, 140°, and 160° relative to its original folded position.
