CONNECTOR ARRANGEMENT

Abstract

The present invention comprises a connector assembly (1) with a connector housing (2), a main locking element (6), a locking unit (7) movably arranged on a base (5), and a mating connector (8) movable with the connector housing (2) into a mating position, wherein the main locking element (6) is in a rest position when the connector housing (2) is positioned outside the mating position, the main locking element (6) is in a locking position when the connector housing (2) and the mating connector (8) are in the mating position, the main locking element (6) is connected to a mating locking element (9) in the locking position, the locking unit (7) locks the main locking element (6) in the locking position, the main locking element (6) is movable out of the locking position in the release position, and the locking unit (7) has a stop element (10).the main locking element (6) has a stop element (11), in the rest position the stop element (10) abuts the stop element (11) when the locking unit (7) is in the release position, so that movement of the locking unit (7) into the locking position is blocked, the mating connector (8) is designed to deflect the main locking element (6) when moving into the plug-in position, so that the locking unit (7) can be moved into the locking position.
