Abstract
Method for attaching a snap-fit arrangement (1) for connecting a first part (10), provided as a metallic stamped part, to a second part (11), provided as a plastic part, wherein the snap-fit arrangement (1) comprises an engagement hook (12) arranged on the first part (10), and wherein the snap-fit arrangement (1) comprises a locking element (13) arranged on the second part (11), wherein when the snap-fit arrangement (1) closes, the engagement hook (12) deforms elastically and engages in the locking element (13), the method comprising at least the following steps: - providing an auxiliary tool (14), - causing the elastic deformation in the engagement hook (12) by means of the auxiliary tool (14), for which purpose the auxiliary tool (14) is moved in a tool movement direction (17) such that the auxiliary tool (14) is inserted into openings (21) on the first part (10),wherein the engagement hook (12) comprises blade extensions (15) such that the auxiliary tool (14) comes into contact with the blade extensions (15) and thereby causes a force on the back of the engagement hook (12) which bends the engagement hook (12) under elastic deformation and a tilting effect against the direction of engagement in the locking element (13), - connecting the first part (10) with the second part (11) in an attachment direction (16) that corresponds to the tool movement direction (17), while by means of the tilting effect in the engagement hook (12) a metallic engagement edge (18) of the engagement hook (12) remains spaced from a front surface (19) of the locking element (13) to avoid contact with the locking element (13), and - retraction of the auxiliary tool (14), wherein the retraction involves a springback of the elastic deformation in the The engagement hook (12) caused this.
