Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a smoking tobacco construction station having a seal edge bag.U.S. Pat. No. 11,390,441 B2 discloses a sealing edge packaging having two perforation lines which are perpendicular to one another. Sheet-shaped contents can be packaged in the seal-edge bag. It is used in particular for the packaging of medical plasters. The seal edge bag consists of a coated film.WO 2018 / 063179 A1 discloses the use of packaging material which remains impermeable despite perforation lines. Such packaging is used for packaging cosmetic wipes which must be stored free of contaminants from the outside. Such packages are also used for storing moistened wipes or personal care articles. A similar package is disclosed in WO 2018 / 063178 A1.WO 2014 / 11116 A1 discloses a bag for packaging paper products. In particular, laminated packages are disclosed herein.WO 2015 / 185521 A1 describes a packaging bag having a perforation line. The package is made of a polymer film or a laminate of the polymer film.DE 20 2020 106 757 U1 discloses a packaging of a small amount of platelets and filter tips.In EP 0 930 597 A2 a pocket for a flat object is known which is held between foils by adhesion. Finally, DE 10 2004 047 447 B4 discloses a paper composite material made of paper with plastics. Here, a vertical elevation line is shown. The disadvantage of the packaging mentioned is that it is not suitable for packaging a small amount of components required for producing smokable tobacco products and does not provide the tools required for producing the smokable tobacco products. It is the object of the present invention to provide a construction station mentioned at the beginning which at least reduces the above-mentioned disadvantages. The object is achieved by a construction station mentioned at the beginning having the features of claim 1.The construction station according to the invention for smokable tobacco products having a sealing edge bag with two perforation lines arranged transversely to one another comprises at least one transversely folded leaflet and at least one filter strip which can be rolled up to form a filter tip and wherein the at least one folded leaflet and the at least one filter strip are arranged one above the other and are stored in the sealing edge bag.By "arranged one above the other" is meant here that the at least one filter strip is inserted into the at least one folded leaflet, or that the at least one folded leaflet and the at least one filter strip are arranged one above the other. Both forms of arrangement are also referred to here as stacks.Advantageously, an outer circumference of a folded leaflet is substantially the same, preferably the same, as an outer circumference of a filter strip. The construction station comprises some components required for the production of a smokable tobacco product, which is to be understood as meaning cigarettes and the like.Components here are the leaflet intended for the production of the tobacco product casing and the filter strip which can be rolled up and then used as a filter tip in the tobacco product. Preferably, the construction station has exactly 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 folded leaflets and preferably an equal number of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 filter strips. In principle, a higher number of both components is also conceivable. Preferably, exactly two folded sheets and exactly two filter strips are provided. In a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, a stabilizing board is provided which is folded around the at least one leaf and the at least one filter strip and covers both sides completely, in particular over the entire surface. The stabilizing board protects the preferably at least one folded leaflet and the at least one filter strip against external damage through the sealing edge bag and also gives the sealing edge bag additional stability so that it receives a greater resistance to buckling.Conveniently, the stabilizing board has folded and / or printed fold lines along which the stabilizing board is foldable into a mixing tray. In principle, fold lines are understood within the scope of this invention as printed or drawn and / or folded. The stabilizing board is also part of the construction station. It has prefabricated visible, preferably folded, fold lines which allow the user to fold the mixing tray from the stabilizing board in a self-explanatory manner.Preferably, the stabilizing board is rectangular and a central and two lateral fold lines are provided, all of which are parallel to each other. Along the central fold line, the stabilizing board is reversely foldable upwards in a roof shape and side edge strips are foldable downwards along the two side fold lines and the central fold line is cut at each of its two ends by a triangularly angled fold line with an outward pointing hypotenuse each, which are foldable upwards to stabilizing corners. The central fold line and the two triangularly angled fold lines arranged at the ends of the central fold line allow the stabilization board to be folded up into a mixing tray of substantially triangular or inverted roof-shaped cross section, the lateral edges of which are angled down once again along the lateral fold line. In the mixing circuit, a tobacco mixture can be mixed.Preferably, the stabilizing board can also be rolled up to form a stuffing aid. In addition to its first use as a mixing bowl, the stabilizing board also has the additional use that, after the tobacco has been mixed, it can be pressed smooth again and then preferably rolled up along its longer extension, in order thus to serve as a stuffing aid.The sealing edge bag advantageously has a central fold line. The sealing edge bag can be placed at a placement station for one of the leaflets and for fixing a rolled-up filter. The seal edge bag is also used according to the invention as part of the construction station in that it can be folded up along a central fold line. The leaflet is inserted into the folded-up seal edge bag, and therefore likewise comes up on the sides, and a rolled-up filter strip, which is a filter tip, is positioned at one end of the leaflet. It is fixed in position by the raised sides of the sealing edge bag.Particularly preferably, a corner of the sealing edge bag, in which the two perforation lines intersect, is cut from a fold line, along which a fold corner can be bent over and closes the opened sealing edge bag.The seal edge bag, after being torn open at the two perforation lines, is still usable for storing remaining leaflets and remaining filter tips. For this purpose, the sheets are again folded and stacked together with the filter strips and placed in the stabilizing board and inserted back into the torn-open sealing edge bag. Because the sealing edge bag has been torn open at two perforation lines which are preferably arranged perpendicular to one another, it is easier to plug back the stabilizing board with the leaflet and filter strip. Inner surfaces of the sealing edge bag protruding beyond the stabilizing board touch one another and are closed by the adhesion forces which are produced by external pressure on the sealing edge bag when the sealing edge bag is inserted into a wallet, for example. This protects the filter tips and the leaflets from damage and contamination. In addition, the corner can be bent over along the oblique fold line and subsequently additionally closes the sealing edge bag.Preferably, the two perforation lines run perpendicular to one another along two seal edge bag edges. This arrangement of perforation lines is easy to produce and technically expedient, since narrow strips of equal width are cut off.Advantageously, superposed edges of the torn-open sealing edge bag form an adhesion closure. The adhesive seal is a passive seal which is formed by pressure acting from the outside into Portemonnaies, handy envelopes or cases into which the torn-open seal edge bag is inserted. The seal edge bag is flat in construction so that it also fits into the wallets, handy sleeves or cases. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, a fold line is arranged between the central fold line and an edge of the sealing edge bag opposite the fold corner. The fold line advantageously allows stable standing of the unfolded sealing edge bag.Advantageously, a fold line running in the longitudinal direction along a torn longitudinal edge of the sealing edge bag and a fold line running in the transverse direction along a torn transverse edge of the sealing edge bag are provided. The two side edges of the seal edge bag folded back along the two fold lines form, in addition to the fold corner, an additional closing means for the torn seal edge bag, in which remaining sheets and filter strips are inserted back. The two folded-back side edges, the fold corner and the adhesive closure cooperate in a triple closure function. The invention is also described with reference to a method for constructing a construction station for producing a smokable tobacco product by tearing open a seal edge bag having two perforation lines arranged transversely to one another along one of the perforation lines, taking out at least one folded leaflet and at least one filter strip, which are arranged one above the other, from the torn seal edge bag, unfolding one of the leaflets and rolling one of the filter strips into a filter tip and inserting it into the unfolded leaflet. The described methods are also suitable for the construction and disassembly of one of the above-described construction stations. Conversely, the above-described construction stations are suitable for applying one of the described methods. The method is particularly preferably suitable for producing cigarettes and other smokable tobacco products if a very small number of platelets and filter strips is provided in the sealing edge bag, preferably exactly 1, 2, 3, 4 or at most 5 platelets and an identical number of filter strips, since these have a very low stack height even in the packaged state, of at most 1 to 3 mm and thus also fit into a wallet and also do not have to go beyond the format of a check card.Advantageously, a stabilizing board is unfolded, which is first folded around the at least one leaflet and the at least one filter strip and completely covers both sides.Preferably, the stabilizing board is rectangular and a central and two lateral fold lines, all parallel to each other, are provided. Along the central fold line, the stabilizing board is folded up in an inverted roof-shaped manner and lateral edge strips are folded down along the two lateral fold lines and the central fold line is cut at its ends in each case by a triangularly angled fold line, which are folded up to stabilizing corners and form a mixing tray. After the use of the stabilizing board as a mixing bowl, for mixing a tobacco mixture, which is then scattered onto the unfolded leaflet, the stabilizing board can be smoothed again and rolled up to form a stuffing aid. For this purpose, the stabilizing board is preferably rolled up along its longer extension. In a preferred embodiment of the method, the sealing edge bag has a central fold line and the sealing edge bag is set up to the setting-up station and a leaflet is set up therein and a rolled-up filter lip is fixed on the leaflet. Preferably, the seal edge bag, which is primarily a packaging per se, is also used as part of the construction station. The invention is also described in terms of a method of mining a construction station for making a smokable tobacco product by placing at least one pleated leaflet and at least one filter strip one above the other. The term over one another also includes the process of fitting one inside the other. They are inserted into a sealing edge bag torn open along a transverse side and along a longitudinal side.In a preferred embodiment, a corner of the sealing edge bag torn open on both outer sides is preferably bent over along an oblique fold line. After use of the construction station, the latter can be restored into its individual parts, i.e. the mixing shell is smoothed and folded or the stuffing aid is unrolled and smoothed and folded and the remaining folded sheets and the remaining unused filter strips are placed back into the fold and the stack is then inserted back into the torn-open sealing edge bag. This seal closes on the one hand already by adhesion forces of the directly contacting inner sides of the torn open edge of the sealing edge bag and is preferably additionally closed, however, by the bent-over bag corner.Preferably, the one stabilizing board is folded, the at least one leaflet and the at least one filter strip are inserted into the folded stabilizing board and the folded stabilizing board with the at least one leaflet and the at least one filter strip is inserted into the sealing edge bag.The invention is described in two exemplary embodiments with reference to eight figures. The following are shown: FIG. 1 is a plan view, partly in section, of a sealed sealing edge bag, FIG. 2 shows a broken-open sealing edge bag in FIG. 1 with contents drawn out in a staggered manner, FIG. 3 shows a mixing shell which can be constructed from a stabilizing board, FIG. 4 shows the stabilizing board of FIG. 3 during rolling together, FIG. 4a shows the stabilizing board of FIG. 4 folded together, FIG. 5 shows a stuffing device rolled up from the mixing bowl, FIG. 6 shows the broken-open sealing edge bag with the filter strip and filter tip placed on, FIG. 7 shows the folded-up seal edge bag in FIG. 6, FIG. 8 shows a rotated cigarette with tobacco and stuffing loaded, FIG. 9 shows a second embodiment of the seal-edge bag according to the invention, FIG. 10 shows the sealing edge bag of FIG. 9 in a rear view, FIG. 11 shows the sealed edge bag of the second embodiment in the folded state.FIG. 1 shows a construction station according to the invention in a packaged state for a smokable tobacco product, in particular one or more cigarettes. The construction station is stored in a sealing edge bag 1, wherein the sealing edge bag 1 itself is also part of the construction station. The seal edge bag 1 can consist of paper, a paper composite material, plastic or other materials. The sealing edge bag 1 consists of two opposite sides which form an interior space 2. At least two edges of the seal edge bag 1 are perforated by perforation lines 3a, 4a. In FIG. 1, an upper side strip 3b running in the transverse direction Q is perforated and a right side strip 4b running in the longitudinal direction L is perforated. The perforations 3a, 4a facilitate tearing of the top side strip 4b and a side side strip 4b.According to FIG. 2, two filter strips 6 are inserted into one another in the sealed edge bag 1, wherein each can be rolled up to form a filter 6 along its longitudinal direction, and two leaflets 7, wherein each is transversely folded in the middle along its longitudinal direction L and, in the packaged state in FIG. 1, engages around the filter strips 6 and covers them on an upper side and a lower side.Furthermore, the folded sheets 7 and the filter strips 6 are covered over their entire area by a folded stabilizing board 8 on an upper and lower side and are thus protected. The stabilizing board 8 is folded along a fold line 8a which runs in the longitudinal direction L. The fold line 8a is shown in FIG. 2 running on the left along the stabilizing board 8. The stabilizing board 8 is formed so long in the longitudinal direction L and so wide in the transverse direction Q that it fits into the interior of the closed sealing edge bag 1 once folded along the fold line 8 aand can accommodate the folded leaflets 7 and the filter strips 6 between their folded two sides and in the process covers the folded leaflet 7 and the filter strip 6 over the full surface on the top and bottom sides and thus protects them from creases, impacts and the like.In FIG. 1, the seal-edge bag 1 is shown in transparent form, so that the stabilizing board 8 and the leaflet 7 and the filter strip 6 folded therein can be seen.In FIG. 2, the seal edge bag 1 is already torn open at the upper perforation line 3 aextending in the transverse direction Q and the lateral perforation line 4 b. The upper perforation line 3a running in the transverse direction Q, which runs along a shorter side of a seal-edge bag 1, is intended to be torn open in order to remove the stabilizing board 8, the folded sheets 7 and the filter strips 6 as a stack. After the removal of the contents, the second leaflet 7 and the second filter strip 6 can be inserted again into the folded stabilizing board 8. For this purpose, the seal edge bag 1 is additionally torn open along the longer perforation line 4 aextending in the longitudinal direction L, and the folded stabilizing board 8 is pushed back into the seal edge bag with the second leaflet 7 and the second filter strip 6 for further use.FIG. 1 shows that a fold line 1 ais provided along the corner of the seal edge bag 1 torn open on both sides, which fold line makes it possible to be bent over after the stabilization board 8 has been pushed back in order to prevent renewed accidental opening. The sealing edge bag 1 forms a passive closure mechanism after tearing open the sealing edge bag 1 and removing the two side strips 3 b, 4 b.Even after tearing off the side strips 3b, 4b, strips on the inner sides of the torn-off sides are in direct contact with one another when the two opposite sealing edge bag sides are pressed against one another and close the contents by external pressure. Folding the opened corner along the fold line 1a is an additional closing means.FIG. 3 shows the mixing tray 9 formed from the stabilizing board 8. In addition, as shown in Fig. 4, the stabilizing board 8 has triangularly angled fold lines 8b at each end along the central fold line 8a, with its hypotenuse facing outward. The triangularly angled fold lines 8b are pressed inward and form stabilizing corners 14a, 14b and thus enable a stable folding up of the sides of the mixing tray 9. The erected mixing bowl is shown in FIG. 3. On the stabilizing board 8, a fold line 8 dis provided centrally in the transverse direction Q. The fold lines 8a, 8b, 8c are parallel to each otherFigure 4a shows the stabilizing board 8 of Figure 4 folded along the fold line 8d. The folded state also corresponds to the folded state of the stabilizing board 8 shown in FIG. 2, and the stabilizing board 8 has been somewhat smoothed beforehand. The stabilizing board 8 transversely folded along the fold line 8 dmay be used again in the folded state for receiving the at least one leaflet 7 which has remained after the production of a cigarette or other smoking article, and for receiving the at least one remaining filter strip 6, which are inserted between the fold halves of the folded stabilizing board 8 and then inserted back into the opened sealing edge bag 1.Tobacco and additives can be introduced into the mixing bowl 9 and mixed with one another. After mixing the tobacco, the tobacco is filled into the rolled sheet 7 as shown in Fig. 6. FIG. 6 shows the sealing edge bag 1 with a centrally extending fold line. According to FIG. 7, the seal edge bag 1b is folded and erected along the centrally extending fold line 1b. In the erected seal edge bag 1, a folded-up leaflet 7 is inserted in the longitudinal direction and a filter tip 11 rolled up from the filter strip 6 is inserted at one end of the leaflet 7. The entire arrangement is set up like a funnel according to FIG. 7, so that the tobacco mixture produced in the mixing bowl 9 according to FIG. 3 can be introduced into the set-up leaflet 7.The tobacco-filled leaflet 7 and the filter 11 are then removed from the folded seal-edge bag 1 and turned to a cigarette 12, as shown in Fig. 8. The stabilizing board 8 according to FIG. 3 is flattened and, according to FIGS. 4, 5, rolled up, so that a stuffing box 10 is produced. The stuffer 10 is used, as shown in Fig. 8, to compact the tobacco mixture in the wound leaflet 7.FIG. 9 shows a second embodiment of the seal edge bag 1 according to the invention. In this embodiment too, an oblique fold line 1 ais provided, along which the fold corner 13 can be folded. FIG. 9 shows the sealed edge bag 1 with edge strips torn off along the perforation lines 3 a, 4 a. In addition, along, preferably parallel to, the perforation lines 3 a, 4 a, a fold line 1 cextending along the longitudinal direction L is provided, and a fold line 1 dextending along the transverse direction Q is provided. Here too, the term fold line is to be understood such that lines are recorded on the sealing edge bag 1 or fold lines are already applied. The two folded-back side strips along the fold line 1c running in the longitudinal direction L and the fold line 1d running in the transverse direction Q, the fold corner 13 and the adhesive closure advantageously cooperate and reinforce the adhesive closure.Parallel to the fold line 1 bcentrally extending along the longitudinal direction L, a further lateral fold line 1 eextending along the longitudinal direction L between the centrally extending fold line 1 band an edge of the sealing edge bag 1 opposite the fold corner 13 is provided on the sealing edge bag 1. The fold line 1e can also be printed or folded.FIG. 10 shows the sealing edge bag 1 of FIG. 9 in a rear view. Lateral edges of the torn-open seal edge bag 1 are folded onto the side opposite the folding corner 13 along the fold line 1 cextending in the longitudinal direction L and along the fold line 1 dextending in the transverse direction Q. As a result, the torn-open seal edge bag 1, when used for repackaging the stabilizing board 8 with the leaflet 7 laid in and the filter strip 6 laid in, acquires additional stability and an additional closure mechanism.FIG. 11 shows the sealed edge bag 1 of the second embodiment in the folded state, which corresponds to the drawing according to FIG. 7 of the first embodiment. The unfolded sealing edge bag 1 serves as an installation aid for the leaflet 7, which is placed in the unfolded sealing edge bag 1 and opens up in a funnel-shaped manner so that the leaflet 7 can be placed in a funnel-shaped manner and the filter tip 11 can be positioned thereon, in order to then be filled with tobacco mixture. In addition to the first exemplary embodiment, in the second exemplary embodiment, the sealing edge bag 1 is folded along the fold line 1 eextending in the longitudinal direction L. The fold line 1e supports the folded-open seal edge bag 1 laterally, so that the seal edge bag 1 can remain stably standing with the V opened upward on a placement surface, in order to then be filled with the leaflet 7 and the rolled-up filter strip 6. The folding corner 13 folded in the other direction is provided as an additional stabilizing means, which prevents tilting to the side opposite the folding line 1 e.List of reference characters1 Seal edge bag 1a Fold line 1b Fold line 1c Fold line 1d Fold line 1e Fold line 2 Interior space 3a Perforation line 3b Side strip 4a Perforation line 4b Side strip 6 Filter strip 7 Leaflet 8 Stabilizing board 8a Fold line 8b Fold line 8c Fold line 9 Mixing tray 10 Stuffing 11 Filter board 12 Cigarette 13 Fold corner 14a Stabilizing corner 14b Stabilizing corner L Longitudinal direction Q Transverse directionReferences included in the specificationThis list of documents cited by the applicant has been produced in an automated manner and is only included for the better information of the reader.
