[0026] In the following description of the figures, terms such as top, bottom, left, right, front, rear, etc., refer exclusively to the exemplary representation and position of the adapter, side frame, support, support plane, sheet metal claw, and the like chosen in the respective figures. These terms are not to be understood as limiting; i.e., these references may change due to different working positions or the mirror-symmetrical design, etc.
[0027] In the Figures 1 and 3 The reference number 1 indicates a variant of a side frame according to the invention of a door frame shown in Figure 15shown drawer 10, to which an adapter unit is attached which serves to connect to a drawer base 11.
[0028] The drawer 10 has two such side frames 1, to whose adapter units the drawer bottom 11 is attached. A front panel 12 is arranged on the front side of the drawer 10.
[0029] The adapter unit has an adapter 5 with a molded part 6 for connection to a frame wall 2 of the side frame 1.
[0030] In the embodiment shown here, the side frame 1 preferably consists of a core 21 which is covered by a smooth inner wall 22 which faces the drawer interior and an outer wall 23 which faces away from the drawer interior.
[0031] The outer wall 23 of the side frame 1 encompasses the shaped part 6 of the adapter 5, so that the latter is additionally held in a form-fitting manner on the side frame 1.
[0032] At a front end, viewed in the longitudinal direction of the frame wall 2, a guide rail connection 3 is attached to an adapter piece (not described in more detail), which serves to engage with a rail guide of the drawer 10.
[0033] The flat molded part 6 of the adapter 5, which is aligned parallel to the frame wall 2, is followed by a support 7 with a support plane 71, which serves to support a drawer bottom 11.
[0034] From this support plane 71, teeth 41 of a sheet metal claw 4, which is mounted on the support 7, protrude.
[0035] For this purpose, the support 7 has a receiving space 73, as shown by way of example in Figure 4, which serves to receive the sheet metal claw 4 and in which the sheet metal claw 4 can be mounted without tools.
[0036] How to continue in the Figures 1 to 4 As shown, the support 7 is cuboid-shaped.
[0037] In this case, at least one opening 72 is provided in the side of the support 7 forming the support plane 71, from which at least one tooth 41 of the sheet metal claw 4 protrudes in the mounted state of the sheet metal claw 4.
[0038] Below, different design variants of a sheet metal claw 4, 8, 9 are described based on the Figures 5 to 14 described, which are inserted in correspondingly shaped receiving spaces 73 of differently designed supports 7.
[0039] What all different embodiments of sheet metal claws 4, 8, 9 have in common is that they have a locking region 42, 82, 92, from which a bending region 43, 83, 93 extends, on which the at least one tooth 41, 81, 91, in the present embodiments two teeth 41, 81, 91 is or are formed.
[0040] The locking areas 42, 82, 92 of the sheet metal claws 4, 8, 9 are designed to be flat according to the invention, with at least one locking element 45, 85, 95 protruding from the surface, which can be locked with a matching locking element 78, 79 of the support 7.
[0041] In the Figures 5 to 8 In the first preferred embodiment shown, the locking region 42 of the sheet metal claw 4 is substantially rectangular in shape, with a width perpendicular to an insertion direction Z in the direction of the longitudinal extent X that is greater than the width of the bending region 43 from which the teeth 41 protrude.
[0042] Accordingly, a groove-like receiving space 73 is provided in the support 7 by contact webs 74 and guide webs 76 as well as a front wall of the support 7 facing the interior of the drawer, into which the sheet metal claw 4 can be inserted from an underside of the support 7 facing away from the support plane 71.
[0043] To lock the sheet metal claw 4, a locking element 45 is provided centrally on the locking area 42 in the illustrated embodiment. This locking element is designed here as an angularly projecting locking lug which, in the locked state, projects into a locking element 79 designed as a locking recess. This locking element 79, designed as a locking recess, is designed in a slot-like manner, corresponding to the locking element 45.
[0044] In Figure 5 The sliding surfaces 44 in the locking area 42 can also be seen, which facilitate the assembly of the sheet metal claw 4.
[0045] The bending region 43 extends in an arcuate manner from an edge of the locking region 42 which is close to the support plane 71 in the assembled state and, after the sheet metal claw 4 has been inserted into the receiving space 73 of the support 7, can, if necessary, be pressed even further from below into the opening 72 in the support plane 71, for example with a finger or a tool.
[0046] The landing bridge 74, a support bridge 75 and the guide bridge 76 serve, as in Figure 6 as shown by way of example, also the stabilization of the cuboid support 7.
[0047] In the Figures 9 to 11 In the embodiment variant of a sheet metal claw 8 shown, the sheet metal claw 8 is designed in a clamp-like or U-shaped manner, with the two teeth 81 being formed on one of the legs of the U, which protrude through the opening 72 in the support plane 71 of the support 7 in the assembled state.
[0048] This sheet metal claw 8 is also inserted into the receiving space 73 of the support 7 from the underside facing away from the support plane 71.
[0049] In the assembled state, the bending area 83 (central web of the U) rests on a contact web 74 which protrudes here from the underside of the support plane 71 and which is designed to slope downwards towards the bending area 83 of the sheet metal claw 8 in such a way that the teeth 81 can be further pre-bent through the opening 72 after the sheet metal claw 8 has been pushed into the receiving space 73, so that the teeth 81 protrude further from the support plane 71 of the support 7.
[0050] On the leg opposite the teeth 81, which forms the locking area 82 of the sheet metal claw 8, at least one tongue-shaped locking element 85 is formed, which in the assembled state engages in a Figure 10 shown, also designed as a slot-shaped locking recess, protrudes and projects into this locking recess when the sheet metal claw 8 is pressed into the receiving space 73.
[0051] In the Figures 12 to 14In the embodiment shown, the receiving space 73 for receiving the sheet metal claw 9 is designed as a wall section 77 offset parallel to the support plane 71 with a centrally provided opening 72 onto which the sheet metal claw 9 is placed from above.
[0052] The parallel offset corresponds to the material thickness of the sheet metal claw 9, so that an upper side of the locking area 92 of the sheet metal claw 9 is flush with the support plane 71 of the support 7.
[0053] The locking area 92 of this sheet metal claw 9 is frame-shaped here.
[0054] On opposite narrow sides of this locking area 92, locking lugs projecting downwards at an angle from the plane of the locking area 92 are also designed as locking elements 95, which in the locked state can be locked into locking elements 78, which are also designed as slot-shaped locking recesses.
[0055] The bending regions 93 extend within the frame-shaped locking region 92, at the ends of which the teeth 91 are formed.
[0056] The bending regions 93 are essentially arc-shaped here, wherein the bending regions 93 initially dip from the frame-shaped locking region 92 into the opening 72 in the support plane 71 of the support 7 and the teeth 91 formed on the free ends of the bending regions 93 protrude upwards from the support plane 71.
[0057] This design variant also allows easy, tool-free assembly of the sheet metal claw 9 on the support 7 of the adapter 5.
[0058] In all of the design variants, the sheet metal claw 4, 8, 9 can be easily pressed towards the bottom manually or with a tool to engage it with the drawer bottom 11. List of reference symbols
