Abstract
Description
[0001] The present invention relates to a device for presenting an object.
[0002] There are different types of displays to showcase items. For example, there are displays such as conventional display cases visible on the front of stores in which multiple items for sale can be displayed.
[0003] There are also displays used inside stores in which multiple objects are displayed in a single display, which is smaller than a conventional window. These displays can be present by the dozen on a single floor of a store.
[0004] In our current hyper-connected and ever-improving society, it is becoming difficult to capture the attention of consumers in stores through such types of conventional window displays or displays for objects.
[0005] There are also displays that allow interaction between the consumer and the object on display through a barcode that can be scanned using a smartphone.
[0006] Some stores or shopping malls implement, at important times of the year in terms of sales, such as Christmas, window displays including rotating platforms, light shows such as flashes, animated wallpapers and moving objects such as automatons.
[0007] Unfortunately, in such a type of window display, which quickly becomes too cluttered, the consumer looks at all the moving objects in the window and the consumer cannot concentrate on an object displayed in the window because the play of light is intense and fluctuates which therefore does not allow the potential consumer to focus on a particular object, the consumer focusing mainly on the staging.
[0008] Other displays in which an object is located have been developed to intrigue the eye of the potential consumer.
[0009] For example, devices have been developed that allow an object to be held in the air under the influence of magnetic forces without providing physical support to the object.
[0010] There are also other displays such as an enclosure in which two identical objects are fixed opposite each other using a transparent plate. The objects appear to be a single object and appear weightless in this type of enclosure.
[0011] Unfortunately, this type of device generally requires modification of the object, in addition to having to have two copies of the object, and in some cases it is also lost. Furthermore, the consumer does not have sufficient interest in the object, which remains static, nor in the aesthetics of this type of device.
[0012] There is also a display stand as described in document CN 107149347. This document describes a device for presenting a connected watch in any direction. This device is set in rotational motion and contains a connected watch suspended using a hook which can be picked up by the consumer using a motorized “fishing rod” system and then returned to the display stand.
[0013] Unfortunately, in such a device, the means of movement can only operate alternately with each other. The device is set in rotation and when a consumer wants to get hold of the connected watch, he presses the switch button of the fishing rod system. The rotation system stops and the watch can then be wound up and the consumer can unhook it from the hook.
[0014] Furthermore, the mechanism for setting the object in motion is visible to the consumer, not to mention that the extremely periodic result of setting it in motion is tiresome without particularly highlighting the object.
[0015] US2015 / 124164 discloses a presentation box with a transparent display panel behind which a presentation object is presented. The presented object can move by various means of movement, for example, a suspension means. The presentation object can be displayed through the transparent display panel while the rest of the panel is opaque. However, this presentation approach has the disadvantage that the effect depends on the user's viewing angle and therefore requires very complex detection and regulation or does not work properly.
[0016] Document DE120905 describes a mechanism for displaying moving items. The items are suspended from supports that move along a circular track. Light comes from light sources that also move along the circular track.
[0017] FR2712785 discloses a device for displaying static jewelry in such a way that it appears to fly.
[0018] GB2098041 A discloses an underwater display stand for displaying decorative items.
[0019] There is therefore a need to develop a display that allows an object to be highlighted, such as a luxury item such as a watch or a piece of jewelry. This type of display must capture the attention of the potential consumer and arouse their curiosity while maintaining their attention on the object.
[0020] To solve this problem, the invention provides a device for presenting an object which comprises an exhibition area and a technical area, said technical area being above the exhibition area, said exhibition area comprising a portion of visibility of the object to be exhibited, said exhibition area being arranged to contain an object to be exhibited and said technical area containing means for setting in motion the object to be exhibited, isolated in said technical area and arranged to impart a movement to said object to be exhibited, said means for setting in motion the object comprising at least one motorized means and at least one transmission means arranged to transmit a movement imparted by said at least one motorized means to said object to be exhibited, said transmission means comprising at least one suspension element arranged to be connected via a first part to the object to be exhibited and via a second part to said at least one motorized means, wherein said at least one suspension element is a wire, the device further comprising a background, the device comprising at least one light source, the combination of said at least one light source and movement means and the background is arranged to make said at least one suspension element invisible (to the consumer) and so that the object appears to float, wherein said at least one light source comprises at least a first light source and at least a second light source, wherein the at least one first light source is arranged to illuminate the background, wherein said at least one first light source is arranged to provide indirect lighting of said object to be displayed by reflecting direct lighting of said at least one light source from the background such that the background creates complex indirect lighting reflected by the background which captures the attention of a consumer's eye, deceives the eye of the consumer and makes the suspension element invisible to the consumer, wherein the at least one first light source is arranged such that the direct light rays from the at least one first light source do not illuminate the object by the direct light rays coming from the at least one first light source, wherein the at least one second light source is arranged to illuminate with direct illumination said object to be displayed.,
[0021] Surprisingly, the combination of said at least one light source and (the suspension element) the means for setting it in motion results in the object appearing to levitate but also appearing to move weightlessly. The term "which appears to levitate" means an object which appears to float in the space of the display in a static manner without visible physical support. The combination of said at least one light source and the means for setting the object in motion deceives the eye by creating an optical illusion and the consumer cannot detect that the object is in reality suspended by a suspension element and depends on motorized means, said suspension element being made invisible. Said at least one motorized means therefore allows the object to be displayed to move along a predetermined or random trajectory. The suspension element is therefore set in motion by said at least one motorized means. The object not only appears to float in the air but, if the motorized means are powered by an operational motor, then the object also makes a first movement in space along the X, Y or Z axis or makes a first rotational movement whether clockwise or counterclockwise without the suspension element being visible to the naked eye and without any apparent force being exerted on the object to set it in motion.
[0022] The illumination of the light source is such that it enhances / makes the suspension element invisible. Therefore, when the light source is turned on, the suspension element disappears or even disappears more for the consumer looking at the object. The first light source distracts the consumer's eye, who does not see the suspension element. The second light source illuminates the object to be displayed. The combination of the first and second light sources illuminates the object without the suspension element being visible.
[0023] As can be seen, the device according to the present invention becomes fun for the potential consumer who cannot help but watch the object move as if it were levitating, while keeping his attention on the object and not on the movement mechanism.
[0024] To solve this problem, a device is provided for the presentation of an object comprising a visibility portion of the object to be displayed, the device being arranged to contain an object to be displayed, said device comprising at least one suspension element arranged to be connected via a first part to the object to be displayed and via a second part to said device, the device comprising at least one light source, the association of said at least one light source and movement means is arranged to make said at least one suspension element invisible.
[0025] Surprisingly, the combination of said at least one light source and the suspension element results in the object appearing to levitate. The combination of said at least one light source and the suspension element deceives the eye by creating an optical illusion and the consumer cannot detect that the object is in reality suspended by a suspension element, said suspension element being made invisible.
[0026] The following embodiments define preferred and / or optional forms of use.
[0027] Preferably, at least one second object to be exhibited is exhibited with the first object.
[0028] Preferably, by the terms first part of said suspension element, is meant, within the meaning of the present invention, a part, a segment or a distal end of said suspension element.
[0029] Preferably, by the terms second part of said suspension element, is meant, within the meaning of the present invention, a part, a segment or an end or both proximal ends of said suspension element.
[0030] The device according to the present invention comprises an exhibition area which makes it possible to show the object to be exhibited using a visibility portion included in this exhibition area and comprises a technical area.
[0031] In the technical area, all means of movement are located in such a way that they are not visible. The means of movement are therefore isolated from the exhibition area.
[0032] The visibility portion (V) of the object to be displayed is visible (for the consumer of the device).
[0033] The visibility portion of the object to be displayed allows the consumer to see the object to be displayed in the display area. The visibility portion includes or consists of a transparent element such as glass or plexiglass. The transparent element may, for example, be a transparent window through which the consumer can look into (the display area of) the device to see the object to be displayed. The device, the visibility portion and / or the transparent element do not include a transparent screen.
[0034] Preferably, said technical area is not visible to a (consumer of the device) and / or is hidden behind a front wall. This makes it possible to hide the means of moving the user in said technical area.
[0035] Preferably, the first part of the suspension element connected to the object to be exhibited is located in said exhibition area and / or in the visibility portion. This causes the object to be exhibited connected to the invisible suspension element to appear to levitate in the exhibition area.
[0036] Preferably, the second part of the suspension element connected to said at least one motorized means is located in said technical zone. This makes it possible to hide the second part of the suspension element connected to said at least one motorized means from the user in said technical zone.
[0037] For the purposes of the present invention, the conventional mathematical reference system X, Y, Z of coordinates in space is used. X represents the abscissa axis and therefore the horizontal axis, Y represents the ordinate axis and therefore the vertical axis and Z represents the depth.
[0038] Said at least one first light source is arranged to create indirect illumination of said at least one suspension element. Said at least one second light source is arranged to illuminate with direct illumination of said at least one suspension element. Preferably, said at least one second light source is arranged so that the (specular) reflection of the direct illumination of the suspension element is not visible to the consumer and / or does not leave the visibility zone. The first light source distracts the eye of the consumer who does not see the suspension element. The second light source illuminates the object to be displayed without creating reflection from the suspension element towards the consumer. The combination of the first and second light sources illuminates the object without the suspension element being visible.
[0039] Preferably, said at least one light source is located in said exposure area, arranged to provide indirect lighting of said object to be exhibited. Said at least one light source is placed in the exposure area, outside the visibility portion.
[0040] The indirect lighting may be directed towards the rear of the exposure area to obtain a diffuse reflection of said at least one first light source, a small part of the reflection of which illuminates the object to be exposed.
[0041] Preferably, said first light source is arranged to direct a light beam from the first light source such that the suspension element is not in the direct light beam but is in the indirect light beam.
[0042] Said first light source is arranged to provide indirect illumination of said object to be displayed in such a way that the object to be displayed (O) is not directly targeted by the light beams but becomes perfectly visible thanks to the indirect light reflected in a diffuse manner. Then the suspension element disappears from the vision of a consumer in front of the display.
[0043] Advantageously, said movement means comprising at least one motorized means of the device according to the present invention comprise at least one first motorized means arranged to impart a first component along the X axis, the Y axis or the Z axis in a mathematical reference frame or a first circular component. Said at least one first motorized means therefore makes it possible to impart to the object to be exhibited either a lateral movement from right to left, or a vertical movement from bottom to top or a movement in depth from front to back using the suspension element which transmits the movement of said at least first motorized means to the object to be exhibited.
[0044] Advantageously, said movement means comprising at least one motorized means of the device according to the present invention further comprise a second motorized means arranged to impart a second component, different from the first, along the X axis, the Y axis or the Z axis in a mathematical reference frame or a second circular component. Said predefined trajectory has a first X component and a second Y component or vice versa, a first X component and a second Z component or vice versa, a first X component and a second circular component or vice versa, a first Y component and a second Z component or vice versa, a first Y component and a second circular component or vice versa, or a first Z component and a second circular component or vice versa.
[0045] More advantageously, said movement means comprising at least one motorized means of the device according to the present invention further comprise a third motorized means arranged to impart a third component, different from the first and second components, along the X axis, the Y axis or the Z axis in a mathematical reference frame or a third circular component. Said predefined trajectory has a first X component, a second Y component and a third Z component or vice versa, a first X component, a second Y component and a third circular component or vice versa, a first X component, a second Z component and a third circular component or vice versa, or again, a first Y component, a second Z component or a third circular component.
[0046] Even more advantageously, said movement means comprising at least one motorized means of the device according to the present invention further comprise a fourth motorized means arranged to provide a fourth component, different from the first, second and third components, along the X axis, the Y axis or the Z axis in a mathematical reference frame or a third circular component. Said predefined trajectory has a first X component, a second Y component, a third Z component and a circular component or vice versa.
[0047] In this advantageous embodiment, the background is opaque and composed of a woven or non-woven textile comprising plant or synthetic fibers absorbing a significant amount of light while reflecting the light. This textile is preferably a black textile, a felt or a dark textile comprising shiny fibers, impurities or light-reflecting particles, i.e. elements present in the textile which reflect the light. Even more advantageously, the background is for example synthetic grass, a metal plate comprising numerous holes or comprising grooves. The background advantageously comprises a significant quantity of elements (fibers, holes, grooves, etc.) to be analyzed by the eye at the same time.
[0048] The background is arranged to create indirect lighting. The indirect lighting is created by reflecting light from the at least one (first) light source through the background. The background creates complex indirect lighting that captures the eye's attention. Preferably, the (complex) background comprises a raised (non-flat) surface and / or reflective / glossy elements. The complex indirect lighting (reflected by the background) deceives the consumer's eye and makes the suspension element invisible to the consumer. Preferably, the background is opaque. Advantageously, the background is dark, for example black. Advantageously, the background is a textile or felt. Advantageously, the background and / or the felt and / or the textile comprises elements that reflect light (from the at least one light source). Preferably, the background and the suspension element reflect light equally. This does not allow the eye to visualize the suspension element in front of the background.
[0049] The background may also include reflective / glossy elements. The reflective / glossy elements could be achieved by irregularities in the surface or by inserting elements of other materials. The background in this example is preferably made of the same material as the visibility portion.
[0050] The combination of said at least one light source, the movement means (especially the suspension element) and the background is arranged to make the suspension element invisible (to the consumer). This combination enhances the effect whereby the object moves in levitation and helps to make the suspension element invisible to the naked eye.
[0051] Said at least one light source is arranged to provide indirect lighting of said object to be displayed and / or of said at least one suspension element by reflecting direct lighting of said at least one light source from the background.
[0052] The combination of said at least one light source (L), the movement means and the background (F) is arranged so that the light is absorbed by the background and so that the light is reflected by elements reflecting the light present in the background, which makes it possible to create a luminous homogeneity on the background which makes it possible to make the suspension element invisible.
[0053] Advantageously, the suspension element is located between the consumer's eye and the bottom of the display area. The bottom may also comprise side walls in said display area so that at any time during which the consumer looks at the object to be displayed, the suspension element is invisible to the consumer's eye.
[0054] Advantageously, said at least one light source of the device according to the present invention comprises LEDs. Preferably, the LEDs used have an angle greater than 120°, preferably greater than 130°, preferably greater than 145°. Preferably, the LEDs used have an angle less than 180°, preferably less than 170°, preferably less than 160°, preferably less than 150°. Preferably, the LEDs are wide-angle LEDs. Preferably, the LEDs used have an angle between 140° and 160°, even more preferably, the LEDs have an angle of 150°. Preferably, the LEDs are arranged in at least one row arranged on the inner face of one of the two side walls delimiting the exposure zone. Preferably, the LEDs are arranged in at least two rows, each row being arranged on the inner face of the two side walls delimiting the exposure zone.Even more preferably, the LEDs are arranged in at least 3 rows, a first row being arranged on the inner face of the right or left side wall delimiting the exposure zone, a second row being arranged on the inner face of the left or right wall delimiting the exposure zone, a third row being arranged on the inner face of the bottom wall delimiting the exposure zone.
[0055] The term "wide angle LED" means a light source that diffuses light in a beam forming an angle of 140° and 160° between the edges of the beam.
[0056] In addition, the combination of said at least one light source, preferably said at least one light source comprising wide-angle LEDs arranged in a row on at least one of the internal faces of the walls delimiting the exposure zone, the movement means and the background makes it possible to improve the effect whereby the object moves in levitation and helps to make the suspension element invisible to the naked eye. Indeed, the light will be absorbed by the background and reflected by the shiny fibers or light-reflecting elements present in the background, which makes it possible to create a luminous homogeneity on the background which makes it possible to make the suspension element invisible.
[0057] The at least one suspension element is a wire. The wire may be a monofilament wire, a cable or a multifilament wire or another wire-like element with a predominantly one-dimensional extension. The wire is preferably elastic and is tensioned by the weight of the suspended object.

[0061] In an even more advantageous embodiment, the device according to the present invention comprises a suspension element which is a black monofilament wire and the bottom is a dark colored felt such as black or navy blue.
[0062] In this even more advantageous embodiment, the combination of the monofilament wire, said at least one light source comprising at least one row of wide-angle LEDs on the internal face of at least one of the walls delimiting the exhibition area and the background such as felt creates a luminous homogeneity on this background which increases the effect whereby the object to be exhibited appears to be levitating because the monofilament wire is made invisible. Indeed, when the background and the suspension element are illuminated by the LEDs, the background and the suspension element reflect the light as much as each other which does not allow the eye to visualize the wire.
[0063] In a particular embodiment, the device according to the present invention comprises at least one first motor connected at least to said first motorized means and arranged to set said first motorized means in motion.
[0064] In this particular embodiment, a motor is arranged to motorize one or more motorized means which will then operate simultaneously and therefore the object to be exhibited necessarily moves in one direction of space and in a rotational movement.
[0065] In another preferred embodiment, the device according to the present invention comprises a second motor connected to said second motorized means and arranged to set said second motorized means in motion.
[0066] In this preferred embodiment, a motor is connected to a single motorized means and arranged to set in motion a single motorized means. A first motorized means can therefore be set in motion without a second motorized means being set in motion and makes it possible to alternate the second rotational movement and the first movement in the direction of space along the X, Y or Z axis.
[0067] Advantageously, the device according to the present invention comprises a third motor connected to said third motorized means, the third motor being arranged to set said third motorized means in motion. Even more advantageously, the device according to the present invention comprises a fourth motor connected to a fourth motorized means, said fourth motor being arranged to set said fourth motorized means in motion. The first, third and fourth motorized means are each set in motion in a direction of space along a particular axis X, Y or Z.

[0070] Advantageously, there may be one, two, three or more elements arranged to impart a point of inflection to said first or second movement imparted at least to said second portion of said suspension element.
[0071] Furthermore, said elements arranged to impart a point of inflection to said first or second movement imparted at least to said second part are present opposite the exhibited object with respect to the technical zone. Said suspension element passes through a first pulley arranged to impart a first point of inflection to said first or second movement imparted to said second part of said suspension element and a second pulley arranged to impart a second point of inflection to said first or second movement imparted to said first part of said suspension element.
[0072] Furthermore, the elements arranged to provide an inflection point to said first or second movement provided may be positioned elsewhere in the same technical area, or in another technical area.

[0110] The second motorized means 3 is fixed to the carriage 1. The second motorized means 3 comprises a rotating collector, a first toothed wheel 9 and a second toothed wheel 10. The first toothed wheel 9 acts as a pinion of the gear which is set into rotational movement by the second motor 5, which is positioned on the carriage 1, for example on the opposite side of the attachment point of the first toothed wheel 9. The first toothed wheel 9 meshes with the second toothed wheel 10 and thus gives it a rotational movement.
[0111] A housing 13 is attached to the second gear wheel 10. The first gear wheel 9 and the second gear wheel 10 are rotated about a vertical axis and each have two substantially circular horizontal walls parallel to each other forming the base surface and the head surface of each gear wheel 9 and 10. The housing 13 is attached to the base surface of the second gear wheel 10 by a conventional attachment means. The housing 13 preferably comprises a front wall, two side walls as well as a base wall and a head wall.
[0112] In the illustrated embodiment, the suspension element S is fixed to the back wall of the housing 13 at one end and to the object to be displayed O at the other end. In this embodiment, the object to be displayed O can therefore be moved along the X axis thanks to the carriage 1 moving along the guide rails 4. The object to be displayed O can be rotated by the second motorized means 3. It can also be moved along the Y axis by the presence of a winder (not shown) fixed to the back wall of the housing 13. The winder is provided so that the suspension element S can be wound and can unwind around a horizontal axis, which is rotated under the effect of the motor 6 in the winding direction or in the unwinding direction.
[0113] The device according to the invention further comprises a back F against the back wall of the display inside the latter, in the exhibition area E which is visible by the visibility portion V. The exhibition area E further comprises two lateral partitions 8 each provided with a ceiling and a front wall which form a first false wall 15 and a second false wall 15'. These false walls accommodate a light source, for example incorporating LED technology and positioned in such a way that their beams are directed towards the back F. The beam preferably has an angle between the two beam edges of between 140° and 160°. The back F is covered with a dark textile material incorporating a plurality of particles, fibers, light-reflecting elements. In this way, the object to be displayed O is not directly targeted by the light beams but becomes perfectly visible thanks to the indirect light reflected diffusely by the background while the suspension element disappears from the vision of a consumer in front of the display.
[0114] In addition, the device may include a cushioning zone 7 in order to protect the object to be exhibited O in the event of a fall, which is a stretched canvas or a block of foam.
[0115] The technical area of the figure 2 is illustrated in a low-angle view in detail in the figure 3 . As can be seen, it comprises two guide rails 4 parallel to each other. A carriage 1 (first motorized means) is mounted on these guide rails 4 and slides along them in the X direction. The carriage 1 is set in motion by a system comprising a first motor not shown and a cable C.
[0116] The second motorized means 3 is fixed to the carriage 1.
[0117] A housing 13 is attached to the second gear wheel 10.
[0118] In the illustrated embodiment, the suspension element S is fixed to the back wall of the case 13 by its two ends, the object to be exhibited O being suspended on a part of the suspension element S.
[0119] In this embodiment, the object to be exhibited O can therefore be moved along the X axis thanks to the carriage 1 moving along the guide rails 4. The object to be exhibited O can be rotated by the second motorized means 3. It can also be moved along the Y axis by the presence of two winders 11 fixed to the back wall of the housing 13. The two winders 11 are provided so that the suspension element S can be wound and can unwind around a horizontal axis, which is rotated under the effect of the motor 6 and a third toothed wheel 14 in the winding direction or in the unwinding direction.
[0120] In addition, the reels 11 are provided to be interchangeable, for example, when the suspension element S is to be replaced by a new suspension element S. The reels 11 may be locked by the locking system 12 and then cannot be removed from the housing 13 when said locking system 12 is positioned on "Closed". The reels 11 may not be locked by the locking system 12 when said locking system 12 is not positioned on "Closed". When the reels 11 are not locked by the locking system 12, the suspension element S may be replaced by removing each reel 11 from each horizontal axis. When the replacement of the suspension element S is carried out and attached to the reels 11, the reels 11 can be replaced on their horizontal axis and then be in the locking position when said locking system 12 is positioned on “Closed”.
[0121] The technical zone T of the figure 2 is illustrated in detail in the figure 4 from another point of view than the figure 3 . As can be seen, it comprises two guide rails 4 parallel to each other. A carriage 1 (first motorized means) is mounted on these guide rails 4 and slides along them in the X direction. The carriage 1 is set in motion by a system comprising a motor not shown and a cable C.
[0122] The second motorized means 3 is fixed to the carriage 1.
[0123] A housing 13 is attached to the second gear wheel 10.
[0124] In the illustrated embodiment, the suspension element S is fixed to the back wall of the case 13 by its two ends, the object to be exhibited O being suspended on a part of the suspension element S.
[0125] In this embodiment, the object to be displayed O can therefore be moved along the X axis thanks to the carriage 1 moving along the guide rails 4. The object to be displayed O can be rotated by the second motorized means 3.
[0126] In addition, the reels 11 are provided to be interchangeable, for example, when the suspension element S is to be replaced by a new suspension element S.
[0127] A view from the top of the technical area T as described in figure 2 is represented at the figure 5 . As can be seen, it comprises two guide rails 4 parallel to each other and extending between the two side walls 2 of the device according to the invention. A carriage 1 (first motorized means) is mounted on these guide rails 4 and slides along them in the direction of space along the X axis. The carriage 1 is set in motion by a system comprising a motor 16 and a cable C. The carriage 1 is connected to the cable C which, when set in motion, moves the carriage 1 in the direction of space along the X axis.
[0128] In a preferred embodiment, the technical zone T comprises two guide rails 4' perpendicular to the two guide rails 4 parallel to each other. The two guide rails 4' are opposite each other, for example, each connected to the internal face of a side wall 2 of the exposure zone E and connected to the two guide rails 4 each by a movable carriage 1' which slides along the guide rails 4' in the direction of space along the Z axis. A carriage 1 (first motorized means) is mounted on said guide rails 4 and slides along them in the direction of space along the X axis. The carriage 1 is set in motion by a system comprising a motor and a cable not shown.
[0129] A device not forming part of the invention may be in the form of a closed tube as illustrated in figure 7 . In the Figure 7 , the bottom F and the visibility portion V are both made by the same display case 21. The display case 21 allows the object O to be seen from all sides (not including the top or bottom) and / or at 360°. The display case 21 is made of a transparent material, preferably made of glass. The display case 21 preferably has a curved shape, preferably a cylindrical shape, preferably a circular cylindrical shape. The display case 21 is preferably the same at the front face as at the rear face of the device. However, in another embodiment, the display case 21 could be different at the rear face and at the front face to improve the transparency at the front and improve the reflection characteristics at the rear.
[0130] The at least one light source L (in the display case 21) is preferably arranged above the object O and / or below the object O. The illumination from the light source L reflects from the background F (which is the display case 21) and creates the indirect light. The curved shape of the background F or the display case 21 increases the reflection and creates sufficient light effects behind the object O and / or the suspension element S to hide the suspension element S by the light effects of the indirect light. The at least one light source L has, in addition, the function of illuminating the object with direct light from the light source L.Since the light source L is arranged above the object O (perhaps arranged a little towards the front face arranged towards the consumer) so that the reflections of the direct light from the light source L are reflected with a very small angle so that the reflections from the suspension element S do not leave the display case 21 and / or are not visible to the consumer who is in front of the display case 21, the consumer looking at the object to be displayed O present in said display case 21 which is at the height of the consumer's field of vision.
[0131] In this particular example, three devices are used in the same display case. In each of the devices there is an exhibited object O. The devices are synchronized with each other in order to set each object in motion in a coordinated manner in its device. For example, the three exhibited objects can rise and fall at the same time or, on the contrary, in a staggered manner to create a wave-like movement. In this embodiment, the technical zone T comprising the movement means is located below the exhibition zone E, at the apex of which is the light source L incorporating, for example, LED technology. The exhibition zone E comprises a portion of majority visibility V whose wall comprises a transparent element such as glass or plexiglass. The object to be exhibited O is suspended by the suspension element S in the exhibition zone E.The suspension element comprises an inflection point located in a cover above the exhibition area E (technical area T in two parts). One end of the suspension element S is connected to the exhibited object O, the segment passes through a ring to form the inflection point while the other end is connected to at least one movement means located in the base (technical area T). In this embodiment, the object to be exhibited is rotating on itself and moves up and down. Its trajectory therefore comprises a circular component and a Y component.
[0132] Another sequential implementation of the device according to the present invention according to a time T illustrated in figure 8 and according to a time T1 illustrated in the figure 9 comprises implementation means comprising several first motorized means in the technical zone T not illustrated, the exhibition zone E comprising four exhibited objects O each suspended by a suspension element S, for example, one end of the suspension element S is connected to the exhibited object O. The exhibition zone E is not delimited by an enclosure. We can see there the visibility portion V of the exhibition zone E comprising a background F covered with a dark textile material integrating a plurality of particles, fibers, light-reflecting elements. The movement means are synchronized with each other in order to set each object in motion in a coordinated manner. The objects to be exhibited O are moved along a predetermined trajectory, here along a lateral movement, which allows them to meet at the center of the visibility portion V of the exhibition zone E at time T1 or to move in opposite directions from each other at time T. In this embodiment, the trajectory of the exhibited objects O includes a component X.
[0133] Another preferred embodiment of the device according to the present invention is illustrated in figure 10 . A device for the presentation of an object comprising an exhibition area E comprising a visibility portion V of the object to be exhibited and a technical area T, said exhibition area E being arranged to contain an object to be exhibited O suspended from a suspension element S and a background F covered with a dark textile material incorporating a plurality of particles, fibers, light-reflecting elements.
[0134] According to the invention, the technical zone T is above the exposure zone E. In certain variants, there may be several technical zones T. The technical zone T containing the movement means is, for example, below while another smaller technical zone T could be provided above, simply equipped with hooks, rings, pulleys, etc. Said device also comprises a base allowing it to reach a certain height.
[0135] THE figures 11, 12 et 13 show the arrangement of the at least one light source L in more detail. The following description of the at least one light source L applies to all previous embodiments.
[0136] According to the invention, the at least one light source L comprises at least a first light source L1 and at least one second light source L2. The two light sources L1, L2 contribute to maintaining or making the suspension element invisible.
[0137] The at least one first light source L1 is arranged to create indirect light. The indirect light is created by a reflection of the light coming from the at least one first light source L1, by a reflection of the light on the background F. The at least one first light source L1 is preferably arranged at least one side of the background F or of the visibility portion V. The at least one first light source is preferably arranged in the area of the device which is not visible to the consumer, i.e. outside the visibility portion V. This is illustrated in the figure 11 which shows the position of the first light source L1 in dotted lines because it would not normally be visible to the consumer. In the embodiment shown, the at least one first light source L1 is arranged on two opposite lateral sides of the background F or the visibility portion V, preferably the left and right sides. However, it would also be possible to arrange the at least one first light source L1 on the upper and lower sides or on three sides or on all four sides or on only one lateral side. The at least one first light source is preferably arranged between the front face (with the visibility portion V) and the rear face (with the background F) closer to the rear face of the device. The at least one first light source L1 preferably extends on the lateral side(s) where the first light source L1 is arranged. This is preferably achieved by an LED bar extending over the entire lateral side where the at least one first light source L1 is arranged.
[0138] The at least one first light source L1 is arranged in such a way that (the rays of) (direct) light from the at least one first light source L1 illuminate the background F. The at least one first light source L1 is arranged in such a way that (the rays of) (direct) light from the at least one first light source L1 does not illuminate the object by the direct light rays coming from the at least one first light source L1, but only by the indirect light rays reflected by the background F. The (direct) illumination of the background F creates the indirect light. Preferably, the device comprises a first blocking means for blocking the direct light rays from the at least one first light source L1 towards the object O. Here, the first blocking means is provided by the side walls 8 (side partition).Preferably, there is a space between the first blocking means or the side walls 8 and the bottom F through which the light from the at least one first light source L1 passes to illuminate the bottom F (without directly illuminating the object). This is well shown in the . figure 12 . In the embodiment shown, the indirect light coming from the background F is created by a reflection.
[0139] The at least one second light source L2 is configured to illuminate the object to be displayed O and / or the suspension element S, by direct light rays. The at least one second light source L2 is preferably arranged on at least one side of the visibility portion V. The at least one second light source L2 is preferably arranged in the area of the device not visible to the consumer, i.e. outside the visibility portion V. This is shown in the figure 11which shows the position of the second light source L2 in dotted lines because it would not normally be visible to the consumer. In the embodiment shown, the at least one second light source L2 is arranged on two opposite lateral sides of the visibility portion V, preferably the upper side and the lower side. However, it would also be possible to arrange the at least one second light source L1 on the left and upper side or on three sides or on all four sides or on only one lateral side. The at least one second light source L2 is preferably arranged between the front face (with the visibility portion V) and the rear face (with the background F) closer to the front face of the device, preferably in the last 30%, preferably the last 20%, preferably the last 10% towards the front. The at least one second light source L2 preferably extends over the lateral side(s) where the second light source L2 is arranged. This is preferably achieved by an LED bar extending over the entire lateral side where the at least one second light source L2 is arranged.
[0140] The at least second light source L2 is arranged such that (rays of) (direct) light from the at least one second light source L2 illuminate the object O and / or the suspension element S. The at least second light source L2 is preferably arranged such that (rays of) (direct) light from the at least one second light source L2 is reflected by the suspension element S in such a way that (specular) reflections are not visible to a consumer observing the object O through the visibility portion V.This is solved by arranging the at least one second light source L2 close to the front face of the device and / or by avoiding direct light rays with light angles extending too far inside the device (towards the rear) and / or by arranging the at least one second light source L2 such that the direct light rays extend almost parallel to the visibility portion V or to the suspension element S or with small angles towards the suspension element S. Thus, also reflections from the suspension element S have only small angles towards the suspension element S and are not reflected outside the visibility portion V. The at least one second light source L2 is preferably arranged such that the maximum angle of the light rays towards the suspension element S limits the light angle inside the device to less than 40°, preferably 30°, preferably 20°, preferably 15°.The at least one second light source L2 is preferably arranged such that reflections from the suspension element S (in all possible positions of the object to be displayed O in the visibility portion V) are not visible to the consumer observing the object O. Preferably, the device comprises a second blocking means for blocking direct light rays from the at least one second light source L2 heading too far into the device (and thus creating reflections from the suspension element S visible to the consumer). Here, the second blocking means is provided on the lower side of the visibility portion V by the damping zone 7. Another blocking means 21 is arranged on the upper side of the visibility portion V.
[0141] It is understood that the present invention is in no way limited to the embodiments described above and that many modifications may be made thereto without departing from the scope of the appended claims.
