Abstract
Description
[0001] The present invention relates to a lifting-lowering pull-out device for a shelf installed in a body that can be closed by a cover, in particular a piece of furniture, according to the preamble of claim 1.
[0002] The invention further relates to a piece of furniture or household appliance with such a lifting and lowering pull-out device.
[0003] Generic lifting and lowering pull-out devices, for example known from EP 3 411 268 B1, serve, for example, to move shelves arranged in a furniture body of a piece of furniture, such as a drawer or a shelf, out of a position within the body of the furniture or the household appliance, as well as to raise or lower them.
[0004] If a cover is arranged in front of the shelf with which the body of the furniture can be closed when the shelf is pushed into the body, access to the objects placed on the shelf is often made more difficult by the cover attached to the shelf.
[0005] The object of the present invention is to further develop a lifting-lowering-extension device of the generic type in such a way that access to the objects placed on the shelf is facilitated.
[0006] This object is achieved by a lifting-lowering pull-out device having the features of claim 1 and by a piece of furniture or household appliance having the features of claim 8.
[0007] The lifting and lowering pull-out device according to the invention for a shelf installed in a carcass, in particular a piece of furniture, which can be closed by a cover, has a carcass rail which can be fixed in place on the carcass, a middle rail which is arranged displaceably and pivotably on the carcass rail, and a storage rail which is arranged displaceably and pivotably on the middle rail and can be fixed in place on the shelf.
[0008] The center rail has a first profile coupled to the body rail and a second profile coupled to the storage rail, wherein the two profiles are coupled to one another so as to be movable in the direction of their longitudinal axis.
[0009] The center rail is pivotally coupled to a control lever that rotates around a pivot axis on the storage rail or storage unit. This lever is also coupled to a pivot mechanism for pivoting the cover. The second profile of the center rail is coupled to the control lever.
[0010] With a lifting and lowering pull-out device designed in this way, it is possible in a simple manner to pivot the cover at the same time as the shelf is moved out of the furniture in such a way that the cover is pivoted into a position that does not hinder access to the objects on the shelf.
[0011] Advantageous embodiments of the invention are the subject of the subclaims.
[0012] According to a further advantageous embodiment, the profiles of the middle rail are coupled to one another via a slide rail.
[0013] This allows the lifting and lowering device to be extended particularly far.
[0014] According to a further advantageous embodiment, the two profiles of the central rail have guide grooves extending in the direction of their longitudinal axis, in which guide bolts protruding from the inner side surfaces of the body rail or the storage rail are guided.
[0015] This makes it easy to guide the first profile along the cabinet rail while simultaneously allowing the first profile to be pivoted out of the cabinet rail and, accordingly, to guide the second profile along the storage rail while simultaneously allowing the second profile to be pivoted out of the storage rail.
[0016] According to a further advantageous embodiment, the carcass rail is coupled to the first profile of the middle rail via a pivoting guide web for performing a guided pivoting movement of the middle rail relative to the carcass rail.
[0017] According to a further advantageous embodiment variant, a stabilizing element is fixed in place on the first profile of the central rail, said stabilizing element overlapping the second profile in a direction perpendicular to its longitudinal axis and projecting into a C-shaped receiving space of the storage rail.
[0018] Accordingly, a stabilizing element is fixed in place on the second profile of the center rail, which extends over the first profile in a direction perpendicular to its longitudinal axis and projects into a C-shaped receiving space of the carcass rail.
[0019] The two stabilizing elements enable the absorption of a sufficient load and thus increase the load-bearing capacity of the lifting and lowering extension device.
[0020] According to an advantageous further development, the stabilizing elements consist of retaining webs fastened to the side walls of the respective profile, which are connected to one another in the region of their free ends by a bolt passing through the retaining webs, wherein wheel-shaped bolt heads are arranged on the bolt ends on the outer sides of the retaining webs, which bolt heads are guided in tracks of the body rail or the storage rail.
[0021] The piece of furniture or household appliance according to the invention with a body and at least one lifting-lowering pull-out device with a shelf fastened in a receiving space of the body that can be covered by a cover, wherein the shelf can be moved linearly and can be raised and lowered via the lifting-lowering pull-out device, is characterized by a lifting-lowering pull-out device as described above.
[0022] In an advantageous design variant, the cover is attached exclusively to the swivel mechanism.
[0023] According to an advantageous development, the pivoting mechanism has a first lever which is rigidly attached to the cover and which is coupled to the shelf via a pivot axis, and a second lever which is coupled at a first end via a pivot joint to the first lever and at a second end pivotably to a second end of the control lever.
[0024] According to a further design variant, the lifting and lowering pull-out device is coupled to a motor for the motor-driven movement of the shelf.
[0025] This makes it possible to move the shelf in a motor-controlled manner, which further increases the comfort of using the shelf.
[0026] In addition, with such a design variant, an operating handle on the cover for moving the shelf can be dispensed with.
[0027] In an advantageous further development, the drive linkage has a first drive lever coupled to the motor and a second drive lever coupled to the shelf via a rotation axis, wherein the drive levers are connected to one another via a rotary joint.
[0028] According to a further advantageous embodiment, the motor can be designed without additional drive linkage and can provide a drive directly to a pivot point of the lifting / lowering mechanism. For example, the pivot point between the cabinet rail and one pivoting guide bar can be used for this purpose.

[0030] In the following description of the figures, terms such as top, bottom, left, right, front, rear, etc., refer exclusively to the exemplary representation and position of the lifting / lowering pull-out mechanism, cabinet rail, storage rail, center rail, control lever, storage, cover, and the like selected in the respective figures. These terms are not to be understood as limiting; i.e., these references may change due to different working positions or the mirror-symmetrical design, etc.
[0031] In Figure 1 The reference numeral 1 denotes a variant of a piece of furniture. The piece of furniture 1 has a body 13 in which a shelf 14, as shown for example in Figure 2 is shown, is arranged via a lifting and lowering pull-out device 11 and in which the shelf 14 is covered by a cover 10 when retracted into the furniture body 13.
[0032] The retracted state of the shelf 14 in the furniture 1 is in Figure 2 (without depicting the furniture body 13).
[0033] The cover 10 is included, as shown in Figure 2 shown, coupled via a pivoting mechanism 9 with a control lever 8 of the lifting-lowering-extension device 11.
[0034] By coupling with the control lever 8, the cover 10 can be removed from a Figure 2 shown closed position, in which the shelf 14 is completely retracted into the furniture body 13 of the furniture 1, concealed by the cover 10, into a use or operating position, as shown for example in Figure 16 or 17 shown, can be swivelled, whereby in the use or operating position, as shown in Figure 16 clearly visible, the cover 10 is pivoted so that a user can easily fill the tray 14 or remove something from it without the cover 10 making access to the tray 14 more difficult.
[0035] The lifting-lowering-extension device 11 has, as shown in the Figures 3 to 5 As shown, the cabinet has a cabinet rail 2 that can be fixedly attached to the cabinet 13 of the piece of furniture 1. A center rail 12 is arranged on the cabinet rail 2 so that it can be moved and pivoted. Furthermore, a storage rail 3, which is fixedly attached to the storage 14, is arranged on this center rail 12 so that it can be moved and pivoted.
[0036] The center rail 12 has at least one first profile 4 coupled to the body rail 2 and a second profile 5 coupled to the storage rail 3. The two profiles 4, 5 are coupled to one another so as to be movable in the direction of their longitudinal axis L.
[0037] In the design variant shown here, the two profiles 4, 5 are coupled via a slide rail 6.
[0038] The slide rail 6 has a first slide profile 61 and a second slide profile 62 formed above this first slide profile 61. Each of the slide profiles 61, 62 is received in an approximately C-shaped receiving space 42, 52 of the first rail profile 4 and the second rail profile 5, respectively.
[0039] The movable and pivotable coupling of the two profiles 4, 5 with the cabinet rail 2 on the one hand and the storage rail 3 on the other hand enables a longitudinal displacement along the longitudinal axis L between the storage rail 3 and the middle rail 12 or between the middle rail 12 and the cabinet rail 2. At the same time, this coupling enables a pivoting of the middle rail 12 relative to the cabinet rail 2 and the storage rail 3, as shown for example in Figure 7 is shown.
[0040] To enable the pivoting of the middle rail 12 relative to the carcass rail 2 and the storage rail 3, a tilting recess 23, 33 is provided at one end of the carcass rail 2 and the storage rail 3.
[0041] The Figures 6 - 9 Here, the figures show a shelf 14 pulled out of the receiving space 16 of the body 13, which in this position is still displaced exclusively along the longitudinal axis L of the body rail 2 or the shelf rail 3 in a direction x. At the same time, in this position, the center rail 12 is already slightly inclined towards the body rail 2 and the shelf rail 3.
[0042] The middle rail 12 is, as shown in the Figures 5 and 7 clearly visible, is pivotally coupled to a control lever 8 which can be rotated about a rotation axis 17 on the storage rail 3 or the storage 14 and which, as already explained above, is coupled to the pivoting mechanism 9 for pivoting the cover 10.
[0043] In the preferred embodiment shown here, it is the second profile 5 of the center rail 12 that is coupled to the control lever 8 at a first end 81.
[0044] The coupling is effected here via a rotary joint which is arranged, in particular formed or fastened, to a connecting web 53 of a front end of the second rail profile 5 in the extension direction and which enables pivoting of the control lever 8 relative to the second rail profile 5 about a rotation axis perpendicular to the surface of the side wall 141 of the shelf 14.
[0045] The rotation axis 83 of the control lever 8 can, as shown for example in the Figures 7 and 20 shown, be designed as a pin 144 protruding from the side wall 141 of the shelf 14.
[0046] It is also conceivable to form or fasten a connecting web on the storage rail 3 corresponding to the connecting web 24 of the carcass rail 2, to which a pivoting guide web 7 is pivotably fixed, which will be explained in more detail below, and to arrange a pin or pivot bolt thereon, which serves as the pivot axis 17 for the control lever 8.
[0047] The pivoting guide web 7 attached to the cabinet rail 2 is pivotally attached at a first end 71 to a connecting web 43 of the first rail profile 4 and at a second end 72 to the connecting web 24 of the cabinet rail 2, thus enabling a controlled tilting or pivoting movement of the center rail 12 relative to the cabinet rail 2.
[0048] For coupling the first profile 4 with the carcass rail 2 or for coupling the second profile 5 with the storage rail 3, the two profiles 4, 5 have guide grooves 41, 51 extending in the direction of their longitudinal axis L, in which guide bolts 22, 32 protruding from the inner side surfaces of the carcass rail 2 or the storage rail 3 are guided.
[0049] These guide bolts 22, 32 enable, on the one hand, a reliable displacement movement of the profiles 4, 5 relative to the carcass rail 2 or storage rail 3 and, in addition, also enable the pivoting movement of the profiles 4, 5 required here from the plane of the carcass rail 2 or storage rail 3 parallel to the side wall 141 of the storage 14.
[0050] As in the Figures 3 and 5As further shown, a stabilizing element 44 is fixed in place on the first profile 4 on the middle rail 12, said stabilizing element 44 overlapping the second profile 5 in a direction perpendicular to its longitudinal axis L and projecting into a C-shaped receiving space 31 of the storage rail 3.
[0051] A corresponding stabilizing element 54 is fixed in place on the second profile 5 of the middle rail 12 so that the first profile 4 overlaps in a direction perpendicular to its longitudinal axis L and projects into a C-shaped receiving space 21 of the carcass rail 2.
[0052] These stabilizing elements 44, 54 are, as in Figure 5can be seen further, composed of holding webs 441, 541 fastened to the side walls of the respective profile 4, 5 and bolts 442, 542 passing through these in the region of their free ends, wherein wheel-shaped bolt heads 443, 543 are arranged on the bolt ends on the outer sides of the holding webs 441, 541, which are guided in tracks 25, 35 of the carcass rail 2 or the storage rail 3.
[0053] The pivoting mechanism 9 for pivoting the cover 10 has a first lever 91 rigidly attached to the cover 10, the first end 94 of which is attached to the cover 10 and which is coupled to the shelf 14 via a pivot axis 18, for example in the form of a pin 145 protruding from the side wall 141.
[0054] An end of this first lever 91 remote from the cover 10 serves as a pivot joint 95 for connecting a second lever 92, which is designed here as a straight web and whose second end 96 is pivotally coupled to the second end 82 of the control lever 8.
[0055] A pull-out process of the shelf 14 from the body 13 of the furniture 1 takes place in such a way that by pulling on a handle 15 attached to the cover 10 (in the embodiment shown, one handle 15 is attached to an upper edge and another handle 15 to a lower edge of the cover 10) from the Figure 1 shown position over the also already explained in Figure 6 shown position, in which the shelf was initially only moved horizontally out of the body of the furniture 13, via a Figures 10 - 12shown position, in which the greater inclination of the middle rail composed of the two profiles 4, 5 and the slide rail 6 is so far inclined that the shelf 14 is also moved horizontally in an area in front of the carcass rail 2 and is already lowered somewhat by the inclination of the middle rail 12.
[0056] At the same time, in this position, the cover 10 has already been pivoted from its vertical initial position into an inclined state.
[0057] A further lowered position of the shelf 14 is in the Figures 13 to 15 shown.
[0058] In this position, the angle of inclination between the profiles 4, 5 and the cabinet rail 2 or the storage rail 3 is opposite to the angle shown in the Figures 10 to 12 shown position. The shelf 14 is lowered a further distance.
[0059] In the Figures 16 to 18Finally, the end position of the shelf 14 is reached. In this position, the cover 10 is pivoted so far that it is positioned almost completely under the shelf 14.
[0060] Figure 19 shows another exploded view of the lifting and lowering pull-out device 11 together with the shelf 14 and the swivel mechanism 9 as well as the cover 10.
[0061] As shown here, the body rail 2 is preferably fixed to the inside of the body 13 of the furniture 1 via at least one approximately L-shaped fastening plate 19.
[0062] In Figure 20 the assembly of the swivel mechanism for the cover 10 and the control lever 8 of the lifting-lowering pull-out device is illustrated.
[0063] In the Figures 21 and 22 In the embodiment shown, the shelf 14 is coupled via at least one drive linkage to a motor 20 for motor-driven movement of the shelf 14.
[0064] The drive linkage preferably comprises a first drive lever 201 coupled to the motor 20 and a second drive lever 202 coupled to the tray 14 via a rotation axis 203. The drive levers 201, 202 are preferably connected to one another via a pivot joint 204.
[0065] The motor 20, preferably an electric motor, is preferably attached to an inner wall of the furniture body 13 of the piece of furniture 1. A handle on the cover 10 can be omitted in this embodiment due to the motor-controlled movement of the shelf 14. The movement of the shelf 14 can be triggered via a button on the body or via a remote control. Control via a wireless interface, such as in smart home applications, using common protocols (WLAN, Bluetooth, Zigbee, ZWave, etc.), e.g., at the frequencies 433 MHz or 868 MHz, is also conceivable. These allow operation via smartphone or voice commands. List of reference symbols
